Jan 20,2025The registration process was easy to use if your IT literate, once registered I was amazed to be called within minutes and an appointment made for the next working day. The installer assessed the requirements sort approval and the installation was seam less. An excellent experience throughout.

Jan 20,2025The actual installation on the day was faultless, the installation engineer, Steve, was on time, did what he needed to do and was very helpful at the end. Could not fault the experience from start to finish. The registration process was a little painful - I'd suggest a list of everything that needs photographing ahead of completing the form would help make it a better user experience.

Jan 19,2025The installation was great, what was not so great was the mess and cardboard boxes that I was left to clear up afterwards. There were heaps of brick dust from the drilling both inside my garage and by my front door. Not as expected in this day and age.

Unit failed, left a detailed email stating that I had done the reset checks and I had power to the unit etc. Got an email back 2 days later saying reset the breaker and video it, a complete waste of 3 days. Rang asking for a price for a new circuit board, was told they don't sell any spares at all. A complete waste of time and money for an already overpriced unit that doesn't last! You can't buy spare parts, unbelievable!!!
