Nov 06,2023I have had a great experience so far. From the beginning the whole process was user friendly and easy. Last night I was able to connect with a notary to get my paperwork done in order for my mail to be opened. Customer service is great!

Oct 31,2023They will start charging you to PICK UP your mail!!! I started with Postscan Mail last year. For the first few months, everything was okay. Then the charges started increasing, up to $26, then over $30. But finally, in the last couple months, July and August, I was charged around $50 per month, when my mail has just been a few letters and a couple packages. They have now started charging me almost $20 per month for PICKING UP the mail, after the charges for any storage of mail. There was nothing in the contract, nor any notification stating anything about fees for you to collect your mail. And why didn't I have such fees earlier in the year when I definitely had more mail and lots of packages? I spoke to customer service and they said this is how it's always been. You cannot make a BBB report because they are not a registered company under the BBB. It seems that Postscan mail has become a scam company. I am leaving them. On top of all this, PostScanMail got Trustpilot to have my review removed. So, this is a repost. I don't know how or why Trustpilot complied with that. My experience was real and genuine, I have the receipts showing EVERYTHING that I have claimed.

Sep 09,2023The local provider telephone number that support gave me was invalid, another was provided and the local provider answered and then hung up on me immediately before they just stopped answering calls. The was no way to get support from the local provider of the address. Use at your own risk I guess.
