Feb 03,2024The customer service, the 800 Number refer yo to go online I call 12 times in 3 hours with out been able to talk with the customer service team. I regret having waste my time, the location they assign to me where very nice but they can not help with customer service issues as a new customer. the online notarised fixture link DON'T WORK. After the first review a customer service representative called me to ask if I was going to cancel I confirmed my desire to cancel she understood refunded my money and apologised for the customer service issues. Just to be fair she was very helpful but it was to late to reconsider using the service.
