Jul 18,2017Overall good once you get started, but I am not sure that "recycled" documents are actually shredded, and outside of California, there is no street addresses for delivery. I haven't found another service at this price point though, and online portal is relatively easy to use. Update 8/29/2017: Thank you to PostScan for clarifying that mail is shredded and destroyed securely. I hope that you will expand street addresses in the future, and perhaps add check deposit services, which would be worth a slightly higher monthly fee. But you are still the best service compared to your competitors, and I have not had any issues receiving forwarded mail quickly and efficiently. Overall satisfied customer.

Jul 18,2017I like the concept, the service can be improved. When you say you'll call me back, then call me back. Especially regarding a refund after you charged me for holding my mail and didn't give me a heads up. Still waiting on that callback.

Jul 16,2017I get my mail a month after it gets to post office in Austin. ATX po says they send it immediately to PSC...PSC say ATX is holding mail. Not sure who's at fault I just know I've gotten jury duty after it expired, cmas cards mid January that my dad sent beginning of December & coupons that were expired by the time I got them.

Jul 15,2017Its a bit expensive, and I find it a bit troublesome to figure out how to change my virtual address. I live abroad. Their notification and scanning system works well. Hard copy mailing is expensive. I think the privacy protection is decent.

Jul 15,2017A good idea, could use some help with implementation. The software is clunky and not particularly intuitive. Would be nice to have some way to set preferences for the way the program acts. And the way the recycling system works is odd. Sometimes it takes months for things to recycle, they they all get recycled in a batch.

I wish that I would've found out about this sooner as it allows me to streamline my postal mail while I am travelling out of the country, etc. The staff has been incredibly helpful when any issues have arose, and everything else has been quick, efficient & professional. And, I can appreciate that!

Jul 15,2017This is most useful service to people who stay out of USA but want to have their domestic addresses there. What is best in this is that the users here can tele-manage their received post-office mails , meaning they can put some garbage ad mails into the trash can or see their scanned inside contents without their going to visit to take see mails themselves. This is a scan mail service and tele-manageable one so that I think cost happens if they hold full basket of mails not taken care of in their boxes. So, to lessen cost issues, they have to empty their boxes as soon after their mails scanned downloaded or trashed out. I have used this service for long years and found this kind of service very unique and most convenient to me. That is, I can manage my mails very efficiently without going there to fetch my mails in. So I pay a little a month. It depends on how you treat this service. Very nice and unique job!

Jul 18,2017Post Scan Mail has proven to be an efficient and easy way to access mail no matter where you are. The ease of use and convenience of having a virtual mailbox that receives your postal mail and notifies you digitally, is a blessing to have. Being able to determine what happens to my mail next is literally as easy as clicking a button. I'd highly recommend this service for anyone who has any reason to have their mail sent to them (travel, anonymity, illness, junk mail avoidance, or just plain convenience). Excellent service.
