Why am I still paying for this!!! I asked to be taken off last October but I can't.
I've been using PostScanMail since 2013 and can't say much about it. This is that very case when no news is good news: it just works. No problems so far, nothing to report. Which is exactly what I expect. Thank you guys.
I am very concerned about privacy. They take a photocopy of drivers license and passport, even after you get it notarized. Now they tell me the national bank I got it notarized at is not listed as a notary. They have been taking my money for three months and I am not even getting the service. Signing up for the "trial period" is worthless because apparently it takes so long to get your paperwork. I had to reach out to them to see why I wasn't getting my mail and that's when they told me that my national bank (PNC) is not a good notary.
It takes forever for them to scan a piece of mail. I get the scanned envelope but then it takes them 2 weeks or more to scan the mail. It is things that is time sensitive and it makes me wonder about using a different company. Also, I've had mail scanned from other people. So I basically get to see their mail in my inbox. I sure hope others don't get to see my mail.
Fantastic Service!!
I love and depend on this service, but it has some minor glitches: 1. Mail received at addresses other than Anaheim typically takes a week to be forwarded (by USPS) to Anaheim, where it's processed immediately. 2. Many senders have a hard time with the address format required by PSM (including the USPS!), sometimes requiring a couple of calls to get something that works. It took me quite a while to figure out addresses that work for various senders. 3. The website often decides that I'm no longer logged in, requiring me to log in again. It's also a bit slow at times. 4. I always wonder whether I can trust the PSM folks with my sensitive info, and if anything ever happens, I'll never know if it was PSM or not. But they seem trustworthy so far and, if you're concerned, you can always have them forward mail without opening (forwarding costs are very reasonable, in my opinion).
I have found the customer service at PostScanMail to be excellent. As I am still learning all the ins and outs of having my mailed scanned, recycled, or forwarded, I have had several questions/issues. I have always been responded to quickly and the matter has always been resolved. Recommend :-)
Customer support SUCKS. The companies decision to raise prices but tell the original people that they're "grandfathered into the NEW PRICE INCREASE" baffles me. They clearly have no idea what the word grandfathered means. I'm about to cancel when I get everything in order.
I would like a phone app with notifications

Jul 15,2017Quick reliable service, much improved this year. Never more more than next day scanning once requested. Worth the increase in price for improved service this year
