This whole process has been maddening. DAYS between responses, no one answers the phone, AND I am being charged for a service that isn't working. Online Notary keeps sending me back to them. Last response was from someone who it seems didn't even read the email. Editing the form was like pulling teeth. The wizard is no good if you need to make any changes (add authorized user, change forwarding address). I ended up having to download the form, fill it all out, email it to them, and have them upload it, because there is not a way to do it myself. Now, I can't get anyone to tell me if they actually have the notarized form and everything is set. Pretty serious when it comes to mail. UPDATE (9/12/24): They have asked for more information to verify this review, WHICH IS A JOKE, and confirms how truly incompetent they are. I continued to have a horrible experience with this company and, in fact, they lost a letter with a FOUR HUNDRED DOLLAR CHECK. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

Can explain the answer what i want
I just wanted to get my mail here. They offer a service that sounds cheap but is difficult to set up. When I signed up I was not told that I would have a lot of compliance things to complete. Firstly, when you sign up you give them your ID which is fine but then when I got mail it was scanned and sent to me via email. The thing is only the address label is scanned. I clicked to forward it for a fee which is fine but then it said that I required USPS form 1583 to be completed. I was still OK with that as it is the government making them do that. It would have been good to know before I signed up so that I could have done that and been able to see my mail. They give you 2 choices. print it and take it to a notary or use their partner to do an online notary for $20. I printed the forms out but it is not clear where the notary needs to be so i decided to use the online partner. I have spent over an hour and made it to the part where you wait for the notary. There is a dawning amount of information needed to complete this form. It is similar to a credit application. Be prepared to answer questions to verify yourself and provide 2 forms of ID and your last 4 of your SSN. All of this is not thier fault but since they did not help me I have still not been able to complete the forms. They should do this right away. Finding out after you get mail that you will not be able to see is not right. I am sure that it is in the contract that I signed but there is no way anyone could go through that. A warning would have helped. For me the failure here is no customer service to help me. i could not find a phone number or email address to ask for help. I will print it out and take it to the post office to ask them where it needs to be notarized. then it gets scanned and mailed to them. If they would have helped me by letting me know and where i need to have it signed, I would have been OK. Or if the online service worked even though it took so long to complete the requirements. Frustrating that after you pay no help.

I was fortunate to reconnect with Jan M. the most with my unique situation and continued form wizard issues. Jan truly provided the best chat support I've had to-date. I was so well understood, supported, and given clear instructions and info (which is already rare via chat), but also, Jan brought a positive approach, relaxed competence, and a sense of humor, which made for a frustration-free experience even though the wizard issue took repetition and time to solve. Ultimately, Jan provided a solution that was outside of the box and took it off my hands. I appreciate how Jan stayed with me, didn't give up, and made it as easy as possible. Thank you!
