Friendly and helpful customer service used to be normal, but these days it's noteworthy. I find it so much easier to give my money to a company when I don't have to fight my way through automated systems, and their representatives are down-to-earth and happy to help me out. PostScan has done well.

To my surprise, they responded super fast — within just 6 hours, my request was completed and the updated invoice was already in my inbox! I'm new to this entrepreneurial world and was on the fence about using Post Scan Mail for my new businesses virtual address. I'm currently a truck driver and always on the go, so I had a lot of questions. The customer service reps, Mike Barroga & Mike Adams were Fantastic! They answered every question I had (after me even calling multiple times, on multiple days - (Which is how I got to speak with two separate "Mike's".) However both were so kind, professional and knowledgeable, I thought they were the same person. They made recommendations and offered solutions that will fit my multi state, multiple businesses. Sign up was a breeze. Although I wish they offered the ability to have multiple boxes in multiple states under the same umbrella account so you don't have to use two separate emails or log out of one account just to go into your other business that you own. However, Mike assured me that you're developers are trying to work on the ability to merge multiple boxes in one account. Other than that so far so good. The real test will be how they handle my mail, the ease of receiving it, and the time they process of notification. I haven't been able to experience any of that because I'm new to this so this review is solely on their customer service representatives professionalism and the service that I received. If I was grading just on that they can get an A+!

I have used PostScan for almost 7 years without a hitch. This post is about one bad experience, though. The PostScan contractor in San Diego, Postal Annex, was supposed to send some mail to me via FedEx. One very important piece of mail was omitted from the FedEx shipment and was instead destroyed (they say). I called Postal Annex and emailed them, but they never returned my call or messages. I contacted the PostScan team who could only tell me that the mail was inadvertently destroyed and that I could call Postal Annex for more details (note that I had already done that and received no response from multiple messages).

Trois mois après, je n'ai toujours rien. Je préfère abandonner.
