I have been using Postscan Mail for years. People at my location (Safety Harbor, FL) are very nice. I have my mail sent overseas a couple of times and they arrived safely. But this time it was returned. I called Customer Service and talked to Veronica. She was very helpful and gave me the refund. I understand that mail sent internationally may have lots of problems and it's not their fault. I am very happy with their service.

I've had a good experience using this service. This service is fast, reliable and professional. Mail forwarding occurs very quickly and without delays. I especially need to mention Kathleen Potter, their head of customer care department was so helpful when I faced some issues when forwarding mail to my home country. She took care of my issue and called the relevant shipping service to find some solution. So I am thankful for her support with my issue. I would definitely recommend this service.

I just establish a virtual mailbox in Tampa Florida. I called customer service and spoke with Paula that assisted me to fill out the form to be notarized. It was a flawless and easy process Paula was very patient to stay on the phone with me while I transacted with a notary on FaceTime. It was a great experience and thank you so much post scan mail!
