May 24,2022I wanted to take a moment to communicate my great appreciation to the PostScanMail team, specifically Vernonica and Brian, who went above-and-beyond to help me recover an item that is very dear to me and which was recently "misplaced" by a delivery driver at FedEx. Thanks to Brian's follow-up with FedEx and, in large part, due to Veronica confronting the driver who had claimed to delivery my package when actually he had kept it, a valuable item has been returned to me. When I first found out about the lost item I was quite distraught and had no real hopes of recovering it. That is why I am so grateful that Veronica did everything in her power to recover my item. She put herself in a difficult and potentially vulnerable position for me by confronting the driver, and I am truly grateful for that. I can't thank her enough. Overall my experience with PostScanMail's service has been excellent. They really care about the important work that they do, ensuring that their customers are able to receive their mail safely. This is a rare thing to find these days and I really appreciate it very much!

May 19,2022A really great service. I moved from VPM to here after a lot of negative experiences with them. Website UI was easy to use. Having android app is very convenient for us. Whenever we had an issue, they always fixed it very fast. Always made sure things went smoothly. A lot of shipping options for my packages from USPS, UPS, Fedex.etc

May 13,2022These guys are pros, their software is top notch, you can tell it was recently designed. They have someone who actually answers the phone at the physical location and on the 1800 number. I highly recommend. I have 9 addresses and was tired of missing mail and this more than pays for itself in the saved time. Greatly designed website! AND they even send PDF's in the email when they scan it for fast opening!

Apr 29,2022Cassie was pleasant, patient, knowledgeable. This was necessary as I had little time but needed information. She did the RIGHT thing for my account. Earlier I had a gentleman who also informed me of things I did not know. And helped fix my account. Just prio, I was also having trouble with two phone numbers so I could not get in, another lady quickly gave me a temporary password.that was very helpful. Prior to that a gentleman helped me understand that I was getting charged storage, yet I recently had everything shipped. But it didn't look that way. So that got fixed too. Service is what keeps good clients. : ) Thanks all back office service people!

Apr 28,2022So far, I'm experiencing fast and personal service and that's incredibly valuable. My mail was delivered to my address location and it was easy and swift to go and collect it. The support team is helpful and easy to reach which was important for me in choosing this particular service from Post Scan Mail.

This is definitely a neat service and I so appreciate that they have an Android app. Only thing I would recommend would be if they posted their hours of operation a bit more prominently. They open at 10am New York time for anyone wondering!

Our mail has been so well taken care of over the past 6 months. They have a great system for processing mail and even offer scanning, shredding, shipping & recycling.
