Beyond impressed with the service and interface provided by PostScan Mail. I've only had to reach out a few times with questions or for additional assistance and I've been treated with prompt and professional service each time. The address in Frisco, Texas I was using vacated the premises and it took a person (former client) telling me that an envelope with check they sent to me to that address was returned to them marked as "vacant" for me to know the Post Scan location that was supposed to be scanning my mail was closed. Post Scan did not know. I don't know where my other mail over a 3-4 week period has gone. I have been issuing change of address notices all day. It is outrageous. I just got a request for more information so they can verify that I was an actual user. I have apology letters from them. What a joke. Update March 15, 2023: Post Scan is continuing to prove that are dishonest or more incompetent than I originally believed. They are advising Trust Pilot they need documentation AGAIN - or Trust Pilot says it will remove my very accurate review. So I just uploaded to Trust Pilot Integrity my emails with Post Scan's Customer Service Representative Brian M. from August 2022 apologizing for what I describe herein after they actually sent me an August bill after saying they were going to close my account and refund my 6 months for my trouble. It also contains a lengthy chat with Post Scan's "Rechilda" on July 21, 2022 when I told her that mail to my Post Scan mail drop is being returned as "vacant." She writes, "We're sorry for the inconvenience caused. Upon checking on your store, it is closed now...We're sorry because we weren't advised as well. Normally, we should have been notified by the Operator." When I asked how long it had been closed and where my mail was she wrote, "We'll still need to investigate to what happened regarding the store and your mail." When I asked when Post Scan found out the "store" (my mail drop location) was closed she she said they had found out "yesterday." When I asked why I wasn't informed and told her that I have had mail items that were "pending" scanning since June, she wrote, "We're sorry because we're in the process of investigating why this store closed...Usually, the operators advise us in advance if they will close." She said they would investigate what happened to my missing mail over that month but I never found out what happened to a month's worth of mail.

I'm using around 50 locations from postscanmail for my bussuiness. In most cases everything is great. Price/speeed/respomse time/shipping time. For 4 months I had problems with 1 location. But postscan managers trying to help with that issue.
If you live outside the US, Postscanmail is an excellent service. I can forward my snail mail and I see all my snail mail that comes to my post box. Customer service is very responsive.
Paula was very polite and efficient. She helped me complete the online USPS address change with ease.
Good company if you need a virtual address. Quite quick responses from corporate if you ever have issues.
I asked to expedite some questions, and sent all the documents by mail. But I was refused. They said they need the original. I sent them by mail. I'm waiting for an answer. You are doing your job well.
Postscan Mail at the E Sunrise Drive Tucson AZ office is wonderful. They have given me the mail support I need to feel comfortabIe as I travel the world as an int'l nomad. I just had a very helpful phone call for support from agent Ron Becton. Not only did he answer my questions, he walked me through the whole setup of how to navigate the site, find my mail, and what to do with it. This saved me a lot of time and left me feeling that Poat Scan is a very safe way to route and handle important docuements.
