Feb 12,2022I have been working with PostScanMail for over 3 years. They are amazingly reliable and fast guys! Always very responsible in their work. I get letters and packages to their address with peace of mind. And they upload the parcel photos and scanned letters to a "personal account" the same day. I control myself - where and at what price to send my letters and parcels. Or just destroy unneeded letters. It just happens the next day - they are on their way. In these 3 years they have worked flawlessly! And without further ado, plain and simple:) Wherever I am, I just give my temporary address, hotel address, or mailbox to receive my letters and packages. It's really extremely convenient. Customer service responds in minutes, realistically. And keep in touch until my issue is completely resolved. A few days ago, DHL failed to deliver a package to me. The package was very valuable and DHL started looking for it and didn't find it. But the PostScanMail manager saw the familiar name of the manager working on the next block on the DHL receipt. Turns out - the DHL Courier had delivered the package to me at the wrong address - on the next block from PostScanMail. And she found my package!!! I'm glad and happy! As a thank you for her attention, all she did was ask me to leave my honest review here. Geez, they are great, real awesome professionals! I am happy to work with them! I highly and strongly recommend PostScanMail as the most reliable company to work with all the time!

Her respectfulness and professionalism was evident throughout our entire interaction. She was even willing to stay on the phone with me to guide me through extra steps of completing my Form 1583, which I realized is something that can be done individually. Yet she still offered to assist me through the entire process. I'm just writing these comments to recognize A+ customer service experience! Thanks Veronica!

Jan 07,2022I have used PostScan mail for almost a year to recieve postal mail while working abroad. The service works very well and is easy to use. Recently, I had the problem that one financial institution did not recognize the mail address. After contacting customor support at PostScan, I quickly recieved help to change my address to another location. I am very happy with their level of customer support and can highly recommend the business.

Jan 03,2022If I could rate this "business" in negative stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS SCAM. I opened a PostScan account and sent them the Power of Attorney as directed. I got no feedback, at all. After trying to contact customer service through my assigned rep (whose email address kept coming up as invalid), I finally got an email from another agent who then promptly disappeared after asking me to send a picture of my military ID (ILLEGAL). I was bounced around for another four weeks before I decided to terminate the account. Meanwhile Post Scan collected five months of fees from me and never ONCE forwarded any mail, at all. DO NOT USE THIS SO CALLED "BUSINESS!!!"

Dec 23,2021My wife and I have Long COVID and have been struggling lately. I had added her as a user, but never finished setting her up. PostScan quickly fixed things and gave me a credit. Before that though, they've been a great provider of security for my wife and i as we've had trouble with people trying to find us and having an address separate from our home which actually varies as we move every couple years on average. We've been able to forward the few things that need forwarding and the digital copies of everything else is great!

Dec 21,2021There are lots of mailing services out there, so its important to pick one that does everything right. I can confidently say that postscan mail is my best choice. Not only do they scan and manage my mail smoothly, but their customer support is also top notch. I once had a billing question and it was a) very easy to get in touch with them and b) a very pleasant experience on how they managed my request. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Dec 18,2021Veronica went above and beyond to assist me with an annoying scanning issue. First, she called me back when the phone system was misbehaving. Then, she explained how to request a rescan of the envelope, and personally followed up with the local facility to ensure it is done promptly, which it was. Finally, she followed up with a personal email. What a great example of an excellent customer service!
