Great customer service ! Online experience has been great during setup, e-notary tool is a great addition and was able to complete it within 10-15mins, really impressed. The initial mail forwarding was taking a while and I was worried when I didn't get anyone on the 1800 number initially, but my email was promptly answered by Irine and my concerns addressed (delay is expected and was mentioned in the welcome email, but I didn't catch that). I reached few other times and each time, the support has been outstanding. I would highly recommend it based on my initial usage. I am yet to test the forwarding/shipping and the pricing, but I am hoping it will be just as good.

Service is good, using it for more than 4 months now. But suddenly my payment got rejected and account was suspended. I tried reaching out to the Postscanmail team for the same, but couldn't find a solid reason for this issue. Tried multiple banks for the payments but still payments getting declined. Never expected this from Postscanmail as the service they provide is very good. I have to put on hold my packages which were gonna be delivered this week.

Today I found out I've been charged multiple months for an inactive user (who happens to be a recipient) on my account. I also learned I've been charged for mail storage of mail I didn't actually need to keep, that I've been charged for mail shredding (instead of having it recycled), and have been told that as far as they know, I've been receiving all our mail (we haven't had mail come to this mailbox for more than a month, which is highly unusual for us). Also, for the inactive user on my account, that recipient has been receiving mail that we haven't had access to because he's an inactive user, so we've been charged for mail storage we didn't even know they were storing. I am highly disappointed and feel sold to. Stephen, the second representative I spoke with today, seemed to sort out most everything, but the trust my partner and I had with this company has been irreparably eroded, so we will be cancelling our account as soon as possible and not recommending this company to anyone we know who may need a mailbox on the road.

I have been a customer for over a year. I decided to open another box that caused some confusion because of my ID availability. Mrs. Soto helped coordinate throughout the process and worked directly with the new PO Box location to get my new box opened. I'm very happy with her customer service. Throughout the year my mail is scanned quickly and items are forwarded quite well.

June has been super helpful in helping me setup my account. I subscribed to this service about a month ago but i've been getting run arounds and location changes due to having an international ID. June was extremely helpful and diligent in helping me ensure my account gets setup efficiently within the timeframe i had to work with. She gave me frequent updates and was transparent in her operations, which i greatly appreciated. June is 10/10 and deserves a raise. lol

Other than a few glitches with making sure mail for my wife and me got to the right places and making sure the correct USPS forms were in place, I’ve been very satisfied with the service. There are a number of extra fees of which I was not aware. They are clearly listed, but not front and center. So, just be careful not to store mail for long periods or choose to shred instead of recycle, as costs will add up. It’s also impossible to see a running tally of monthly charges and mail scanning, which would help keep costs down. When I unexpectedly incurred these charges, customer service quickly helped me out. So, just be careful, but it’s an excellent service.
