I was looking at 5 different mail services to sign up with for my travels. I started a chat with all of them. Stephen K. at PostScanMail was the most helpful and patient representative. He responded quickly and helped me to find things to look at and compare, while also helping me to find the right service for me- because I had 3 additional names to add to my account besides me. His service was stellar compared to all the other sites, some didn't even answer. This made it easier for me to compare services right off the bat, because you can get a glimpse as to what their customer service will be like once I signed up. Funny thing too, once I signed up, I had more questions and got connected back to the same rep. This made me happy because he already knew my situation and was super helpful! It made me feel so happy i signed up with this service vs. another one. Thank you Stephen K.!

It is hard to evaluate an online service other than when you need them. It so happens that I had and they were there, knowledgeable and professional. I had an awful experience with a similar service provider which led me to switching. If I had only known how much better PostScan was, and cheaper, I would have switched years ago. PostScan has a chat service, but what has happened is someone gets back to me through email and at first I thought this was poor, however, their responses, specifically from Angel, were very well thought out and detailed. I was even able to respond directly to the conversation so the support service certainly works for me. The interface is clean and modern and I love the mobile app part. It’s nice that my wife and I both have the same service but with different logins to keep our Mail separated. There are many locations to choose, the prices for services are as good as you can get, and the one time I called them they picked up within a few moments and were very kind and helpful. They even make getting the 1583 notary súper simple with a wizard…kudos for that! Definitely worth the signup…I’ve used two other similar services and this one seems to be much better.
Facing difficulty confirming mail forwarding to a distant U.S. territory, customer service walked me patiently through the process after normal business hours.

The Postscan service does exactly what I need - address in respected NYC space, ability to notify me of mail received and I even have the option to either forward the mail to my home OR have it opened and scanned for my review. Nothing better than that!
We started RV-ing full time in June 2021. Our biggest hurdle was figuring out how to handle our mail since we no longer had a physical street address and would never be in the same place for more than a week or two. I researched long and hard and concluded that Post Scan Mail was the most focused, efficient and economical service available to us, especially since we saw issues with changing domicile and/or having our mail forwarded to Texas or Florida or South Dakota. We wanted to keep everything in our home state of Missouri. I started the service in May (a month early) to ensure everything was set up and working properly before we even left town. Ahh, the best laid plans!! Suffice to say we hit a few speed bumps. Most were easily worked out with an email to customer service, which always received quick responses and absolute resolutions. But then there was a big bump. Partly due to USPS “suggested preferred addressing” and partly due to my own error in actually setting up two separate accounts for myself and my husband. NOTE: Don’t be pigheaded (like me) and think you know what you’re doing if you’ve never set up this type of service. Call Customer Service to ensure you’re properly creating your account. If receiving your mail timely and accurately is important to you, you’ll be grateful for their guidance here. I knew I was in over my head and resorted to calling customer service to discuss the two issues. What a breath of fresh air. My call was answered by a gentleman named Stephen. Not only was Stephen 100% engaged in the conversation, he understood my dilemma the first time through. He not only told me the steps he was going to take to resolve my issues, he made note of my phone number AND GAVE ME HIS DIRECT NUMBER!! He promised to both call and email me any and all updates. I have to say, his follow up was flawless. This guy, Stephan, should post a Master Class on customer service. He knows and shows how it should be done. Stephan worked things out and the Missouri office got our mail to us in less than 48 hours! Pretty amazing when you consider I called him late Thursday afternoon (package was in by hands first thing Saturday A.M.) and the fact that we were dealing with 3 different time zones. I was in Eastern, Stephan was in Pacific and the MO office was in Central. I have no doubt that I am just one of many customers who have been retained because of the exceptional attitude and engagement of this customer service guy. His work ethic is anything but common and needs to be commended.

I needed to change virtual addresses from a location in WY to a location in NV. The support staff at PostScan was very helpful in making this happen. The experience was quite painless.
superb service
Service was good, but i was informed with wrong information from customer representative. Representative confirmed that they provide the custom service i want, but when i took the subscription and package was delivered to their Address i was told they no longer provide the service i requested. It delayed alot of things in my work flow and had to cancel some of my orders. They refunded me the amount, i appreciate that but the money won't help me with the losses i incurred. Apart from this service exceptional if you don't need any custom service like me.
Customer support specialist was quick to respond to emails and provide step-by-step instructions to solving problems on in-house package administration and technical troubleshoot.
Just got started Friday. I'm excited to see work happen.
