May 24,2021Through the process of signing up for my first virtual mailbox, I learned that many of these virtual mail locations are actually a group of independent affiliates and therefore it’s important to check out the specific location you are going to use for your address in addition to the overall company. I first signed up for the San Mateo location and it was a terrible experience in terms of response times. After a few weeks of frustration with this location, I reached out to the PSM owner and then heard back ASAP From the head of customer care who was very helpful in switching My account to the Fillmore Street location asap. My experience with Fillmore street has been excellent. So make sure you not only research the company you choose but the specific location and the service level guarantees. I am very happy with with Fillmore street PSM and hope they removed San Mateo from their affiliates.

Ended up switching to PostScan because our previous provider changed our address 2 or 3 times in as many years, which was the pain we're trying to avoid in the first place. Fantastic customer support, and a solid web interface. Makes everything very easy.

Apr 28,2021Absolutely amazing service from the post-scan mail company and staff! I signed up with them after finding them through a google search and not really knowing if they were good or not. Thankfully they turned out to be everything I needed in a mail acceptance facility and more. I had an issue with forwarding my mail with the USPS due to the USPS not using my full PostScan mailbox number and instead only used the facility's address without the box number. I reached out to the company to let them know by email, and instead of just replying by mail, the employee (Mr. Carlo) at the actual acceptance facility reached out to me by phone to assure me that he will have no problem finding accepting my mail for me upon arrival as long as it had my name on it and that he would keep an eye out for any mail with my last name. He also told me that I was more than free to reach him on his mobile phone by text or call if I had any questions regarding my incoming mail. (Thank you, Mr. Carlo, Brian Medina, and Angela at customer support) I feel extremely safe with them receiving and scanning my mail. Their online portal is super easy to use and see any received mail, with options to forward, recycle, or open and scan your mail to your online portal. Their prices are lower than another competitor I looked at before signing up with them, and it is well within my budget. Their prices also vary depending on how much mail you expect to receive on a month-to-month basis. This is my unbiased and unsponsored review. You will not regret using this company for your service. Thank you again, post-scan mail staff.

Apr 12,2021Ive had multiple bad experiences with this company where I was called a liar amongst other things from people who are said to be managers however my recent encounter was relatively the best one yet. She was concerned, helpful and steadfast. Her name was Kat extension 937 for all those in need of good customer service. Not saying I’d recommend the company at all however would definitely recommend her assistance to all those who are in need of any. Unsure as to why she is a mere representative, for from my experience with the managers of this company, she should definitely be the ones overseeing and training the individuals whom are in power and dealing with the consumers of this business
