Mar 20,2021PostScan Mail has been a perfect solution for my business and personal mail. Not only do I get a mailing address for official use for my business, but it's given me access to mail during my time abroad when I'd otherwise have to go months with unread mail and missing potential time-sensitive communications. I have quick access to what's delivered, the choice to see the mail's contents, and can decide what to do with the mail from there. Having a scanned copy of mail I don't need physical copies of is super convenient. And when I pick up my mail, I know I'm only getting the necessary items I've chosen to keep, without surprises. They even hold packages so I have the ability to order items closer to when I'll be in town and have the ability to pick them up when it's convenient for me. I have more control over my mail, access to it when I'm not around, don't need to worry about stolen packages being left on doorsteps, or burdening any family or friends with the task of my mail. Customer service has also been extremely helpful. In times of confusion or misunderstanding of the system, they've been there every step of the way through email and phone call to assist or find a solution. I'm super happy with my choice and highly recommend their service.

Apr 10,2021The customer service representatives are helpful, professional, friendly, and patient. I just set up my account and the only services I have used so far is the virtual notary and customer service. The mailbox page is easy to get around. I am new to mail forwarding, and there is a lot of things that I did not understand, so I asked a ton of questions. I didn't give 5 stars because the response time can take awhile, and some of the answers I needed the same day/as soon as possible. They do have a number that you can call and talk to someone, which is helpful as well.
