I had a fantastic experience with Brian Medina today. Despite it being a Sunday afternoon when I called, he was not in a rush and answered all of my questions. He was knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to talk with. He is wonderful and I had such a positive experience because of him. I also really appreciate your company is open on the weekend!!

Hello, well I haven't used the mail yet,but the process filling out the form was easy to complete and I'll let you know as soon as I use the mail my experience.
Seems to be working well so far, very simple sign up, receiving color scans of envelopes with option to have them opened and scanned or forwarded. I really like how simple and easy it was to get started. I'll update after a month or so.
(This review pertains to the Marlton, NJ location.) A potential client sent mail to my mailbox on 11/18/20 and today I confirmed with that company that they indeed sent the mail, because I still haven't received it. My potential client and my mailbox are about 6 miles apart, by the way. Today is 12/9/20 and PostScanMail still has not scanned the mail so I can receive it. So I called to inquire, and asked the person who answered the phone whether they were experiencing a "backlog of mail", and she sounded annoyed by my question, so I had to explain what a backlog of mail means. She then put me on hold for a few minutes while she went to "check" but while I was waiting all of the sudden the line clicked and disconnected. Niiice. So I waited a couple minutes thinking she might still be searching (silly me), and THEN I called back 3 times and each time just got a fax machine with no one answering. Highly unprofessional. Saved myself further aggravation and closed my account just now. I've been with them 2 months and if this is the level of service I can expect, I'll decline. Even if the box was free I wouldn't use this service.
Update: following posting this review, post scan mail called me and made it right 10 times over. Refunded the $20 cost, and helped me with a shipment forwarding issue. The rep who spoke with me was exhibiting a lot of top notch service qualities, which makes me want to stay with them. I’m still worried about long term shipping forwarding prices, which are much higher than another service I’m aware of. The issue is post scan is still reliant on 3rd party dealers with your mail, versus a company that deals with it themselves. Still weighing my options to stay or not in the long term, but they have been extremely helpful so far. Original review below: Not Clear Pricing. There is a separate $20 cost to get started which they do not advertise. I contacted them about this, asked for a refund and they simply responded "it is advertised". It can only be found deep in the FAQs, but not in the sign up process. Additionally, I had a package sent and its been sitting for days now even though I scheduled it to be forwarded the same day. Poor service all around, poor customer service as well.
