Jun 12,2020UI is easy to use. Customer service has been great from helping me get my Form 1583 to finding a solution to a unique mailing problem I encountered. Scans are pretty clear too. I'll be keeping my mailbox for the foreseeable future.

Jun 09,2020Literally the best forwarding/mail opening service I've ever used, and currently the only one I'm using, and have been using for over a year. It makes me mad reading the few bad reviews on here.. I receive over 200 packages per month and the scan-ins are always same-day for me. As for forwarding, I can easily match the tracking numbers with the packages I need to consolidate and forward as each package inbound has an image scan of the label as well as an in-house ID to easily match them. Indira is always really helpful and answers her emails really fast. Thanks to the whole team for keeping the operation running during these difficult times! I hope everyone at PSM is having a great day!

Jun 02,2020Support & customer service at the HQ are great, but the St. Augustine location has given me a lot of trouble. Mail was lost. I got other people's mail. They took a week to scan a piece of mail where I can see the stamp from the post office is 10+ days ago. They took a week to send a package, and then I had already left where they sent it. The HQ has reached out to me about this review (which started as 1-star), and honestly, while they've been very polite, it has come off feeling a bit like a bribe and less like genuine concern. Specifically, the person who reached out offered about 6 months of free service but never actually took the time to review the several tickets I filed with their support / helpdesk. I offered to only revise my review in light of this and as service generally improved, which it has. Also, their app and website, which was, a year ago, pretty disappointing, is now on par with modern, pretty-well-designed software (software design & development is my day job).
