Jul 31,2020I had a huge trouble with my new credit cards delivery. After 3+ months of all sorts of problems, I asked my mail forwarding service to ship, by then 3 credit cards :), by DHL. The shipping cost, by their slowest method, was $25. It arrived in Cuenca in 5 days, and was delivered to my door step.!!! So, I will never look for another mule to bring documents :) The mail forwarding service I use now, after 4 others :(, is postscanmail.com. It has worked very well for me and is the least expensive. It can be shared by a few people.

Jul 03,2020At first, their customer service was not as quick and responsive, I was a little confused on their platform (how to add a second recipient and my notary document was only in my name and my account had already been charged for the service.) However, after the delay they reached out and fixed all of my concerns quickly. They added the second recipient for me, quickly forwarded the new notary documents and gave me a 3 month credit for my account due to the concerns on my timing. Looks like they are looking are in the process of expanding their customer service, and they will be upgrading their service to be quicker in the near future. So, in summary, at first I was nervous about choosing them, but now I'm more than confidence about my investment in their service.
