Apr 13,2020Heading off for a road-trip for a year or so, I started using this service after comparing a bunch. The pricing seemed reasonable and fair, so I took a chance. I'd also seen a post from the founder on Quora. The interface was easy to use and intuitive. Mail was quickly scanned. Pricing was clear. A few months ago, I switched (read lost) credit cards and the billing was declined. I didn't really notice as I was busy. So when I came to log in, access was blocked til I paid. For whatever reason, the payment went through twice, then I got another bill for a higher amount. At this point, the combined bill would have been more than the service for a year (and I'd missed only 3 payments)! I called up yesterday to sort it out. Spoke to a very friendly guy on the phone. He was helpful, attentive, and instantly starting figuring it out. In real time, we worked through the various billing issues, and he started refunding me for the storage part (even though it was a fair charge). He instantly refunded the dual bill amount. The way their systems worked, it was easiest to pay the incorrect high bill to restore my access. Turned out I hadn't received any mail since January. So, the guy refunded everything - the extra storage, and the basic monthly fee! "You weren't using it anyway" he said! I've never had a business give my money back for a service that I failed to cancel! Turns out the guy was Helmy, the company founder - the guy who wrote the Quora article. He works on Saturdays sometimes :) Thanks Helmy! Highly recommended.

Apr 01,2020In the beginning, there were definitely other options to consider. I ended up going with PostScan because of price and thought I'd get what I pay for (as the old saying goes). I ended up getting so much more in terms of customer service. For the past few months, I've been charged a storage fee even when I didn't have any physical mail in my box. I've been refunded every penny I wasn't responsible for paying promptly AND also heard back from a representative within a few hours of reaching out. It's been a pleasure so far!

Mar 28,2020I am just signing up for this service. I didn't know there was such a thing available. I searched online for a service that could receive my mail and scan it so I could view it online. Out of all the services I viewed while shopping online PostScan Mail outlined the plans and prices so nicely, easy to understand at a glance and seemed to have the best value. Not only that but I had so many questions and the CHAT SERVICE WAS AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY! (i expected to have to wait on the phone to speak to someone). Soria D. answered ALL my questions immediately and some of them were difficult. I can't believe she knew all the answers, responded to them in a few seconds, no waiting. And on top of that I can sign up for the service AND THE NOTORY 24/7! And it goes into effect immediately, No waiting until the next business day... AND, THE BEST PART, WITH NO SIGN UP OR HIDDEN FEES! IF THE SERVICE TURNS OUT AS GOOD AS THE SHOPPING AND SIGNING UP WAS (which I'm pretty sure it will be). I WILL DEFINITELY WRITE ANOTHER REVIEW TO LET EVERYONE KNOW. THANK YOU
