Mail is scanned in within the day. You can see the contents in the scan too. Packages can be sent and you just drop by the physical location to pick up. Great!

I have always emphasized that the senior-most management's attitude and response to customer grievances ultimately decide an organization's reputation. I had a complaint about being charged for a service that was not activated and the company's CEO responded to my email in a couple of hours, in spite of it being the weekend in the U.S. This clearly shows that this firm cares for its customers. His response to my problem was detailed, empathetic and genuinely showed his willingness to set things right, even going to the extent of providing me with his mobile number to help resolve the issue as soon as possible. I definitely did not expect this level of care and understanding, especially a personal apology from their CEO! Many companies in today's profit-driven business environment can learn from them. Thank you, Mr. Helmy El-Mangoury! You are an inspiration to other entrepreneurs and your remarkably gracious attitude has taught me some valuable client management lessons as well! Running a small business isn't easy, and trying to coordinate shipments from different manufacturers and supply chains can be a nightmare. PostScan Mail has taken a lot of the stress and confusion out of the equation. In addition to the superb service they offer at such a reasonable price, their customer support is by far the icing on the cake. They really do go the extra mile for their customers.
Had an issue but PostScan Mail and an important lost letter but their support staff resolved the issue and I was able to get the letter and issue solved. Thank you for the A+ effort.
A very useful mail forwarding service! PostScan Mail helps me to manage my mail from scanning it to forwarding to me,filtered out the junk mails.Saving my time and effective for managing my mails.
Pretty bad service and support They take 2+ days to pretty much do anything, including scanning envelopes, answering any questions, forwarding mail etc. I lost two mail items after having them forward it to me. Personally I moved to another service that I'm very happy with. I won't mention it so I don't seem biased.
I'm really happy with my experience. I need a forwarding address and after some research decided to go with Postscan Mail. I had some questions and being my impatient self, picked up the phone to call the company. I had the pleasure of being helped by Ashley, who was incredibly professional and took me through the process of setup, and answered all my questions - very patiently and politely. What a nice experience!

Nov 14,2019Untrustworthy and an absolute joke. I did not receive any mail for 5 weeks. I was told I just hadn't received anything then after following up I found out that they were hiding the fact that my assigned PO Box location in NYC had been shut down...for a month They said their bill hadn't been paid which is ridiculous and shocking because it must not have been paid for quite a while for the government to shut it down. They neglected to tell their clients for over a month after this happened. When I asked about their plans to resolve the issue they said they have been trying to get in touch with the post office to reinstate it. What am I supposed to do with that? Trying. The fact that they took over a month to inform their clients is unprofessional and unethical. I am in the process of transitioning to a new service but have to deal with tracking down everything that has gone missing from the weeks prior.
