The problem was solved quickly (reported Saturday morning and engineer called Saturday afternoon). Unfortunately, a spare part was required and could not be obtained until Monday. The engineer did this and called on Monday afternoon and the problem was solved. If there is a weakness in the system, it is the link between PMS and our Insurance Company. The quote provided by the engineer and passed onto PMS had to be sent to the insurer for the go ahead to be given for the job to be done. When I queried this on Monday morning it still hadn’t been sent and only after my questioning this was the job allocated and the engineer tasked with carrying out the job. If I had not chased up the quote/job etc. then an emergency for us could have stalled. Less insistent or less IT savvy customers would have perhaps had less success. Once all the pieces of paper were in place, the process worked wonderfully. I cannot fault the engineer, he was exceptionally good.

Firstly spoke to Scott on the phone Sunday who arranged the call out for Monday Morning Very Happy indeed , early morning call was able to fix the heating, needed a New Part that he had on his Van so heating was fixed within the hour Happy Customers

Karly has truly been amazing with helping to arrange an engineer to attend and clear our blocked toilet. We have a 5 day old baby and having a blocked toilet was a worry we didn’t need and Karly helped with sorting the situation out for us. Truly a credit to your company with her customer service, help and support the two days I have had to speak with her.

The customer service guy was so helpful and friendly. the engineer was thorough and called my boiler supplier to ensure part was to be fitted under guarantee. He was superb!

I placed a service call with UW at 2:11pm on the 7th of March. Engineer was on site at 5:10 pm. He diagnosed the fault and left with the information he needed for the part within 15 minutes. At 7:22 am on the 8th of March I received a text, when I found the number I was told the engineer with the park could be with me between 12 midday and 4 pm. Would that be okay? I am absolutely blown away by this level of service. What a wonderful organisation UW is.
