Apr 04,2024First appointment was cancelled on the day, after I had waited in all morning. Second appointment was booked for the morning (8.00am-12.00pm) but engineer did not arrive until 5.40pm! The policy is cheap compared to others but less reliable. I guess you get what you pay for!

Apr 02,2024I was told by your engineer that my boiler is unsafe to use and must be switched off completely from the mains socket, which he did. He then promised to get UW to approve the repairs and to come back with the parts needed for it within 24-48 hours. I haven't seen nor heard from him or UW and I have been left without hot water and heating for over 5 days now, despite telling UW that I have a 7 years old child and another 14 year old in the house. This is just horrible 😢

Mar 31,2024As we had already made a claim 2-3 weeks ago and the issue was the same I didn’t really want to pay the £60 excess again..after going on the UW chat, Jess opened the previous case up and booked the engineer to come back…great service

Nicola was polite, friendly and efficient and gave me all the information I needed, speaking clearly despite some interference on the line. Although I had to wait while she spoke to an engineer she always thanked me for waiting. It was a relief to know that my query was going to be dealt with today. A positive experience!
