Recently signed up with UW and included the boiler and home care cover in my package. On the phone I explained to John I needed a service for my boiler ASAP to ensure the warranty doesn’t expire. He was extremely helpful and managed to get a service booked for me the next day. Excellent customer service!

I made a call at 1am and they had an engineer out less than 12 hours later. Excellent service and Anthony, the chap who managed the issue over the phone was understanding and super helpful. Thanks again for all your support

Anthony was great. Called on a Sunday morning, not expecting anyone attending. However, Anthony sorted this amazingly quickly and an engineer attended within a couple of hours. TBH, I'm not sure many would have been so keen to help. Top man.
