Spoke with Karin this afternoon due to my boiler needing a service and a possible fault. Karin was really friendly and helpful, explored all the options for me and then contacted an engineer while i was on the phone and booked me an appt for a few days time. Fantastic customer service, made everything so easy.
I called up today and spoke with Kirsty, she was 💯 so helpful, great with info and just a good person 😊

Repair undertaken by courteous, friendly, efficient engineer, but it is still too early to know how effective the repair is, as there is still some limited evidence of water under the boiler. Will monitor for another couple of days and advise on due course.

Quick to call after insurance arranged them. Appointment booked for next day but they rang back later to ask if they could come out today as an engineer was now free in the area. He arrived in 30 mins and was polite, knew what he was doing and fixed the blocked drain quickly. Good service.
I was very pleased with the plumber (Jonathan) who was sent out to fix my central heating leak. He was considerate and careful and thorough.
