Call handler was approachable, understanding and made me feel at easy. He was sociable and sorted the issue immediately by calling an engineer to allocate an appropriate time to visit. Couldn't have been more helpful. Much appreciated

Was very impressed by the excellent service from both Jeff the heating engineer and Ryan's follow up call. Jeff knew exactly what was wrong, has done a temporary fix and will be back to finish the job when the new part arrives. Ryan assured me this would done after my holiday and if I had any further issues I can request that Jeff attend on that occasion. So thank you Ryan and Jeff, excellent customer service.

Leo(Preferred Management Team) has been really helpful trying to resolve our boiler issue. He took time to listen and find solutions to a situation that was causing distress. His customer care is excellent and also taking responsibility to bring a case to conclusion.
