From the moment I spoke to Beth she knew exactly what was required and how to solve the issue. She was patient on a fairly poor line (from my end!) and willing to listen!! The whole process easy and by giving me the option to choose times and dates saves all the to’ing and fro’ing about dates and times. The matter was sorted and some great texts to keep me informed (all we want as customers is clear information!) the whole process was sorted within minutes. Beth was excellent and a credit to the company!!

Just dealt with Harmonie, who sorted out my ongoing problem of 3 weeks by going that extra step. Called Hometree to re schedule another gas safe certificate as the previous one did not send over certificate. Thank you so much Harmonie, really did appreciate you listening to me.

John was fantastic, quick and friendly to book my first annual service. THIS (ABOVE) WAS WRITTEN - BUT NOT BY ME!! I will have to try and find out how they managed to leave a review under my account. I have had the worst experience ever. This company is behind Utility Warehouse Insurance. They are vile,and disrespectful. I had three insurances with them. Home and Buildings. and Full Boiler and Emergency cover.. … when I needed them they were never there. They made every excuse not to address the problem and even took the excess. AVOid AT ALL COSTS AS You WILL BE paying for nothing. They will not help you and Ignore the facts

I telephoned UW with a number of enquiries given that it was approaching the one-year anniversary of me signing up to UW. All my questions were dealt with in two calls across ten minutes. Really happy that I can speak to knowledgeable and polite people.

Making a claim was a really simple process. I also had some questions regarding a refund for alternative accommodation and Vicky was really helpful and sorted this out quickly and efficiently. By the time we'd ended our email correspondence, the payment was in my account.
