Lee, who was assigned to my call, was very understanding of both my plumbing ignorance and dealt with issues around recent mental health struggles, very professionally and compassionately. He was great in helping me ascertain where best to start in resolving my house issue, treating me with consideration, offering kind words of assurance in order to help me. Really reassuring to get such supportive, and professional assistance, during a very frustrating time where the house plumbing is a mind blowing mystery to me🤯 Lee was a pleasant surprise at the end of the phone, helping continue the restoring of faith in people genuinely wanting to helpšŸ™šŸ½ Thank you so much Lee
