I spoke with Louis who was very helpful and talked me through my claim and policy details. It was my first time making a claim and he made it very simple and easy to understand
My call was answered quickly, there was a period of 20 minutes where I was on hold which seemed excessive, Sam did apologise and I understand he needed to check a few things. The situation seems to be in hand. I think better communication between the gas safety people and the boiler engineers would be good as I am stuck in the middle and do not have any knowledge, just relaying between the two, but I have an appointment very quickly and an emergency situation was dealt with swiftly so no complaints there
Lee was Such a pleasant person to deal with. Actually had a sense of humour which made a worrying situation so much easier to deal with.
Louis was great. Some tech issues on his side, but these things happen. Cheers for sorting everything for me.
Jospeh the engineer came very promptly on time. Was extremely polite and resolved the problem very quickly which was a blown fuse junction box. He explained what he did and pointed out the problem which was rectified very quickly. Very happy with the service. He came out following a call from my insurance company. Thank you ever so much. Top workman very pleasant did a great job
Preferred was a company assigned to me by my insurer Policy Expert. After reporting a main pipe water leak recieved call from them within 30 minutes and they sent the plumber same day to fix it. He was clean and fast.

Outstanding service from start to finish.
