My Boiler went on the blink. First thing in the morning I called the service number with Utility Warehouse who use Preferred Management Solutions . The customer service representative Paul was really excellent. Extremely attentive and explained everything very carefully but not in a patronising way. That day, after only a couple of hours, an excellent local engineer called Ali came and quickly fixed the problem. The whole service was 10 out of 10 and the customer service rep was excellent and very helpful. The follow-up was also very good. The price of the insurance it’s just a few pounds a week.

24/7 support is excellent. I didn't have to wait long to get in touch with someone. It was fairly painless to discuss my issue with the person on the phone, and have a plumber scheduled to deal with emergency leak and a failing macerator.
