May 07,2022Our printer was delivered quickly as planned. Sadly it did not work properly, didn't print, kept powering off, paper jams, it was a car-crash. Printerbase replaced it quickly and the replacement has worked perfectly for a week now. Thank you, all businesses have problems, the very best are the ones that sort it quickly for their customers.

Lisa from Printerbase was the first person to ask about of requirments, how we would use it and was very patient. First class custoer service and care exellent delivery and printer quality. He then helped me pick a different printer, got that ordered and the difference refunded. Now that's how an online business should be run. Well done!

May 01,2022Sadly very poor. I ordered a Canon laser printer on line because it was labelled in stock. I was phoned the next day to be told it was actually out of stock and offered an alternative of a Xerox. This was more expensive but I needed one urgently for my business, so accepted. Next day I found I had been significantly overcharged, which after a call they then refunded. The next working day after it arrived I received an emailed newsletter to say that the printer I had just bought (at what seemed to me a fairly significant price) had been discontinued and superseded by a new model. I find it hard to believe that they didn't know about this when they sold me the old model. Because it turned out to be more complex than I wanted, I still can't get key aspects to work. Before long I am going to have to buy something else from somewhere else - I simply can't waste any more time on this. Over £800 down the drain - not funny. My advice is to steer clear of this company, and I don't say this lightly. The only plus point was that it was delivered quickly!

Apr 26,2022I always do my research Once I had found what I wanted I did a google search and Printerbase came up. I have ordered from these guys before and never had any problems. They even contacted me by email to make sure I was happy with what I had ordered before they mailed it out to me. Printer came exactly when they said it would and set up was easy. Very happy Printerbase customer and won't hesitate in coming back to them again.

Extremely helpful with online support too, when I asked some questions before purchasing. Very fast delivery. I would recommend this firm to any body in the UK. The firm is a long way from where I live which made me hesitate, but no need to have worried at a ll.

May 09,2022I recently purchased a Canon TS9550 from Printerbase and I have to say, I'd definitely buy from them again. The web site helped me decide which printer to buy, I checked the price against other sites and they were ahead on that front, so I thought why not, order from them. I placed the order, had a confirmation quickly, then had an email saying the printer didn't support duplex ADF scanning, was I sure it's what I wanted. As it happened I don't mind not having that feature so carried on. The printer was delivered next business day and I'm really happy with it and the follow ups from Printerbase. I'd highly recommend Printerbase and over the years I've bought lots of printers, consumables etc. Switching to Printerbase for work too.
