I contacted Printerbase with a product compatibility query via email and received a prompt response and recommendation. After placing my order there was a slight delay with delivery. After contacting Customer Services I received regular updates and the printer arrived the next day. The advice received via email proved to be accurate and the printer is now working perfectly on our ancient pc. Printerbase gets a five star review for competitive pricing, product knowledge and excellent Customer Service. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from this company again in future.
Delivery was next day as promised. I was in need of a scanner/printer, therefore I set my eye on brother for long time due to their good reputation. I'm happy with my brother now. I finally have one (at my side). The builtin wifi, airprint and mopria, are such nice features to have. I didn't know printer's setup would be so easy these days. Just turn it on and whether it is a PC or a mobile device, they will automatically find the printer. Scanning no longer requires bloated pc software, as can also be done easily on any device directly. Long are the days of USB. It was quite a surprise since my last printer from probably 15 years ago.
I ordered a printer online in the early afternoon. The same day, I was contacted by their Technical Dept to check that the printer model met my specific needs - which it did. The printer arrived before lunch the following day, exactly as ordered, and has been perfectly satisfactory. They even checked to confirm all was well! I came to Printerbase after being let down by another supplier - they have been excellent and I've no problem recommending them.
What an awful company. How on earth they've got so many good reviews is beyond me. Probably incentivised or fake. My email contact with their sales team has been slow from the start, and I never received a reply to my second email. I ordered from them because their website says next day delivery. This includes: - Product page saying "Free next business day delivery" and "Order in the next XX for delivery tomorrow" - The cart says "Free next day delivery" twice, "Shipping & handling (select shipping method - free next day delivery)" above the total, and a note that says "Free next business day delivery is available on ALL orders placed before 4:30pm Monday to Friday, being shipped to mainland Great Britain" - On the order review page, it says "Free next day delivery", "Free next day delivery" where I select the shipping method, and another "Shipping & handling (select shipping method - free next day delivery" above the total. I expected next day delivery. I would have gone elsewhere if free next day delivery wasn't offered, as competitors are offering it too. So I order before the deadline. Someone did email me asking me to confirm my choice of printer at 17:16, but when I called at 17:21, they had already left the office. Handy... Next day, when I've taken the day off work, and am waiting in for the delivery, I get an email at 11am that my order is coming from Germany and will take 3-5 days. Not only have the company completely falsely advertised their ability to deliver next day, but I'm told on the day of delivery? When I complained about this, politely of course, I get the typical corporate BS response of "Some deliveries are out of our hands, sorry for the wait". Is it really that hard to update your website to reflect some products won't be next day, or to have contacted me significantly sooner? There were 9 messages throughout my checkout process that it would be next day. Communication afterwards has been a mixed experience, most of it being slow or having to follow up. Needless to say, I'm cancelling my order by refusing the delivery based on business ethics alone. Is that what you call customer service??? Avoid ordering from Printerbase if you don't want to be disappointed. I went to CDS instead who not only reply to my queries in 12, 21 and 14 minutes respectively, but also honoured their next day dispatch. I should have taken the slow pace of the original sales email here at Printerbase as a warning to not order, but I was pulled in by 9 fake promises. Not good.
Bought a Canon printer. Best price around. Next day delivery. Printerbase being a genuine Canon partner, this allowed me to get a large cashback, under their end of March offer, which was handled swiftly by Canon.

I received personal email answers to all my queries, about both the product and its delivery, a refreshing contrast to the 'chat with our bot' approach of big retailers. Also, I was very happy to find a model that had suddenly gone out of production and apparently disappeared from sale overnight.

Compatible toners purchased at printerbases didn't work for my Xerox printer that I purchased from Prinerbase 12 months ago. Their customer service representative initially wouldn't offer me any compensation for the £400 spent, because they are over 12 months old. However, Stephen Thomas, Operations Manager very kindly explained that Xerox had initiated a firmware update to make compatibles incompatible. He agreed to send replacement toners. Thank you Stephen!
I managed to order a printer that was not what I actually needed (one without WiFi which I wanted). The customer service was exemplary. Checking my order, then enabling me to cancel even though the dispatch was imminent. Very impressed with the company’s service.
Excellent service. A member of staff phoned me before dispatch to ensure that I understood the features and limitations of the product I was buying (an all-in-one printer) and again to advise on the delivery time and date.
I received help over the telephone prior to ordering and again subsequently when I was trying to register my printer for a 3 year guarantee offer. The company were easily contacted and my printer arrived promptly and has thus far performed as expected.
