Sep 06,2024My dogs have never been healthier since they started on ProDog Raw some time ago. My lab was overweight and needed to lose it and we were struggling with doing so when he was on kibble. Now he’s a healthy 35kg and at 8 years old he’s still acting like a puppy. Also does wonders for our rescue dog and helped him gain weight when we first got him and now sustains his weight well. Their poos are great and so much better and their coats are so shiny and healthy. The reRAWd points you can earn too mean you get money off each month on top of getting a great discount when on a subscription. 10/10 for product AND their customer service.

Sep 06,2024We have used ProDog Raw since week 1 of having our Beagle puppy, back in 2022. We started on the puppy mince which was great and then moved onto the complete bundles. The food always seems of high quality and Odie never leaves a morsel, customer service is always brilliant and quick to respond, the access online to change your subscription is easy to use and the deliveries are always on time. The only reason I am not giving a full 5 stars is that the packaging of the 25kg bundles still needs work as we have cracked tubs in every order. Please sort this out ProDog!

Sep 06,2024I’ve been buying from this Company for over two years and my old boy loved their food and so does my youngster. Their supplements are great and you cannot fault their customer service. The website is full of advice and you don’t have to sign up to regular deliveries if you don’t want, which many raw food companies do. I find their packaging is really useful to take on trips away as well so what is not to love! 5*

There’s supposedly a 30 day money back guarantee for this product, yet of course 30 days passes as you can’t get in contact with anyone!! The funniest thing is the HUGE bag this powdered supplement comes in, yet inside the bag there’s hardly any powder! It’s not settled that much. No need for such huge bag when you actually only receive a quarter of the bag size in actual contents. Customer service are terrible. No way to get any answer to anything. Feel like I’ve been scammed tbh. I’ll stick with Buddy & Lola products. **UPDATE- information sent to you upon your request.**. ** YOU HAVE MY EMAIL ADDRESS, so why not do the normal thing and email me to chat further. I understand how much to feed my dog, so that’s not the issue. I’d like to speak to someone, so if they’re prepared to answer, then I’ll call again as not had a call answered yet! None of your emails accept replies…. Or should I put my phone number on here for all to see.

Sep 03,2024I've been feeding my dog this food for about a year now. He's really thriving on this one specifically after trying lots of different raw food brands. It's worth the price and the packaging makes it very easy. All other brands have leaked everywhere but not this one. I had to contact their customer service team recently as i messed up my next order on the subscription. They responded super quick and fixed my issue immediately. Very helpful and kind!

Nothing is too challenging and that is why I feel really confident that ProDog is the best possible food for my fur baby. He has a beautiful coat and is so healthy which I put down to the great quality food that he eats.

Having it delivered already frozen and ready for the freezer straight to my door is also a great benefit. I had a few questions initially and they were answered quickly and expertly.

My dog absolutely loves this food & I’ve recommended them to my daughter whose dog also absolutely loves it. The delivery service is first class always arrives on time. I recently changed an order to arrive early, received a timely reply & it was all very smooth. Would highly recommend.

Aug 29,2024Fantastic customer service and nutritional support offered. It's rare to find a company who actually really care about your dog, it's food and your dogs health. Very responsive to questions you might have and really great support for doggie owners. The food itself comes in really sturdy little tubs which are easy to stack on top of each other in the freezer for storage. Will definitely purchase from here again. Happy dog = happy owner!! 😊

Aug 29,2024The dog food is excellent. It comes in easily recyclable plastic and it's no mess, the dogs love it! Everything they need is in the food already. The company are super quick to respond if I have a query, and I find it more affordable than any of the processed food, unless it's the really cheap rubbish.

Aug 28,2024My 2-year old fussy Pomeranian dog finally eats his food now! After reading the Forever Dog Book: A New Science Blueprint for Raising Healthy and Happy Canine Companions, I threw away all his canned and bagged ultra processed wet food, and got raw food from Pro Dog on recommendation. (Raw food is the healthiest option for dogs). I've never seen my Pomeranian Panda enjoy his food so much in his life - I've tried Different Dog, Butternut Box, etc. He didn't enjoy any of them. But he love the food from ProDog Raw!!! I'm Day 6 into the trial pack. I transitioned him super fast into the new food, so his stomach is still getting used to it. The poo schedule needs to be modified because it takes longer for him to digest the food (in a good way though because now he actually gets the nutrients), but it is all worth the food change. Like for humans, food is the #1 preventative medicine for any health issues. Thank you ProDog Raw!

Aug 27,2024My Labrador has been on Prodog Raw food for a few months now, and the difference I have seen in his overall health and wellbeing has been incredible! He is 10 and very Arthritic, having Pyoderma also which caused flaky itchy skin, sometimes with lesions. I personally feel that changing his diet to a Raw diet through Prodog has significantly extended his life, I feel it has helped in supporting his muscle mass, giving him more strength in his legs, I also fee it has massively helped with his immune system, having a better healing and recover time. His skin problems have also reduced, he is much less flaky, doesn't itch anywhere near as much as he did, and the lesions, if any, heal much quicker than they ever did. He used to have medical creams for this, which he now no longer needs. I feel both the Raw diet and the Bone Broth from Prodog has helped to give my old boy a spring in his step, helping him be as healthy as can be, supporting his conditions and even reducing symptoms too. He also adores the food too, getting very excited for his meas times, which is lovely to watch. We have subscribed to the No Poultry meal bundle with Bone Broth too, which all seems to be the best suited for him. Prior to signing up, I had some excellent advice about what would be best for him, and they were not wrong. In fact, everyone I have spoken with, have been incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and kind. I can't recommend Prodog Raw enough, they're brilliant!

Aug 19,2024My little cockerpoo was fed up of her dry kibble and had stopped eating it, I tried a couple of different foods then read that feeding raw was good so I ordered a sample pack from ProDog raw and she loved it for a while then seemed to go off it - I asked for some advice from the customer service people at ProDog, they were brilliant and suggested feeding Daisy differently - I ditched her bowl and put her food on an olive board - we’ve not looked back since, Daisy loves it, she devours it all! Another good thing about this food is that her 💩 is firm, easy to pick up and she does less 💩 than when she was on kibble. Daisy is on the chicken free, the food arrives frozen in 500g packs, every six weeks or so, I always have a couple in the fridge defrosting, it’s really good. Any questions are dealt with straight away, I can’t praise the team enough and I have a happy and healthy little dog, thank you ProDog Raw 😀

Just recently I’d forgotten that my subscription was due and I was on holiday and the order had already been processed. I contacted the company who managed to delay my order until I returned home!
