Was a little bit gutted that we paid full price and never got a sample pack of dog treats, but in the trial box for around £19 you get 2 little packets! Just think it would be a nice touch for your Regular customers! That’s the only little bit of criticism if you can call it that!!

Aug 02,2024My experience with prodog raw has been amazing. My dog couldn't be healthier and couldn't love his food more. The online community is amazing and the staff are so helpful. The supplements are very good I'm currently using the muscle+ as my fog is a tripaw and working on strength building.

Jul 31,2024I had heard about Flexx via the ProDog Facebook site, and although my dog is already on joint supplements, I decided to try it. I am on my third order! It really has had a positive effect on my dog - much less limping. I know there are other benefits from Flexx, so win win!

Jul 30,2024My dog, a Weimaraner) has the shiniest coat of all my friends' dogs. She is healthy, happy and runs like a puppy in the garden. Unfortunately, an experience when she was young has meant she will not go out for walks, but she loves to play with any visiting dogs and easily out plays them. This all at 12 years of age. She is just not slowing down at all

Jul 29,2024Good afternoon, it has been a few months since we moved our two Dalmatians on to Raw Feeding. The team at Pro Dog's have been a constant help and support. our dogs are much happier, feeding time is looked forward to and the dogs general health is improving. Previous poor diet of kibble has been removed. Mia is losing weight, Monty still has ear trouble but we are removing Chicken from his diet and have seen some improvement, it will take time. Very pleased with the quantity and quality of help given by the Customer Service team. Thank you!!

Jul 17,2024Fed both of our pocket bully’s pro dog sorted out a lot of dietary n health issues just by changing the food. Just like humans I believe you are what you eat and pro dog really is the best a dog can eat.

Jul 14,2024Amazing service. DPD delivered my package and left it on my front doorstep. I waited in all day for this but package was not there. I contacted pro dog who very quickly resent the order out. I realy couldn’t fault the service of pro dog. I will be buying off these for years to come.

Jul 07,2024Pro dog has been great for my 3 yorkies. They’re thrived ever since being on it. I love knowing they’re being fed top quality food full of natural goodness. Their supplements are also fab! I regularly use Repel, Protect & Flexx and have noticed a great improvement since starting them. Their customer service is great and I’d recommended them to everyone!!

He put weight back on, his fur has dramatically changed and he’s like a new dog! My dog hasn’t been back to the vets since the day he started on Prodog.. (I never thought we’d see the day) The customer service is brilliant and I always feel like I have someone to speak to if I have any concerns. From the consistency of his stool to the shine on his coat, overall he is a much healthier dog. Their service and communication is always great and we couldn’t recommend them enough.

Jul 06,2024After buying a Dalmatian puppy and spending a large amount of time researching their dietary needs, I decided raw feeding would be best for her breed. Raw food is naturally higher in water content and as the majority of UK Dalmatians are HUA (kidney stone formers), it made total sense to feed her raw. Due to being HUA, Dalmatians also need low purine diets therefore avoid offal. As I was new to raw feeding and due to personal preference, I knew I wanted a 'complete' raw option as opposed to DIY. When researching companies, I struggled finding one which offer the variety of options that ProDog Raw did. I was instantly attracted to the fact that one of the bundles ProDog offered was a specific 'offal free' bundle but not only that several of their other products including some from the exotic range were also suitable. It is also handy that they offer several bundle options, or you can create your own bundle to suit your requirements. The tubs also come in two sizes which is great depending on your freezer layout or size dog you have. When initially speaking with companies and finding out what complete options they offered, several of them pointed me to their ‘chicken’ based products and that Dalmatians should avoid red meat such as beef. However, ProDog Raw clearly have an interest in understanding different nutrition requirements of their customers as they were the only ones to have updated knowledge on what is suitable for low purine diets. Beef in fact is suitable, with ample research confirming similar purine levels to chicken. It is reassuring to know that the company supplying your dog’s food has an understanding and knowledge of dietary needs as many companies seem to think one option suits all. I have never had an issue with the customer service that ProDog has provided, if anything they go above and beyond to help you. They also normally reply out of ‘traditional’ working hours on social media. We order our food on a monthly subscription, and it is always delivered promptly after payment has been taken. I have never once had an issue with broken tubs, defrosted contents or missing items. The boxes are extremely sturdy with ample insulation/ frozen bags to help keep the meet frozen. *We have also tried out their Boost multivitamin supplement, this arrives in a sachet but again they offer two sizes. Overall no complaints, our dog is healthy happy and loves her food!

Jul 06,2024We are new to Raw feeding and contacted ProDog via instagram. They were extremely helpful. I have a 18 month Dalmatian that requires an offal free diet. ProDog offer a very good range of offal free food and the fact it is ‘complete raw’ makes it so much easier knowing Meeko is getting everything he needs and nothing makes me more happier than seeing him enjoy his meals! Highly recommend.

Jul 06,2024Exceptional quality raw food! This company scores very high on all dog food comparison websites so I placed a sample order and I wasn’t disappointed. Very fast delivery and the company is on hand to talk to you and answer any nutritional questions you have. Transitioning into this food was very easy for my pooch as he devours this food. It doesn’t last for longer than 7 seconds. I am not ordering every month and I could not be happier with the ease of ordering and storing this food. I would highly recommend this company and your pooch will thank you for it!

Jul 06,2024I just wanted to share how amazing Prodog has been for my dogs. Street, my 18-month-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier, has been thriving on Prodog since he came home at 8 weeks. My other two dogs, an SBT Mutt and an American Bully, also love their Prodog meals. The quality of the food is outstanding, and their bowls are always sparkling clean after every meal! Street recently took part in his 2nd sporting competition and show event in the Netherlands, and it was amazing! Not only did he excel in sports, but he also won the title of Best Conditioned Stafford 2024. I just can't thank Prodog enough for providing such excellent food to fuel my little athlete! The supplements, especially the Perform, are fantastic too. It's a no-brainer for us - we wouldn't feed our dogs anything else. Thanks, Prodog!

Aug 05,2024Prodograw customer service is great! They’ve helped me so much with my weight issues for my dog. Guiding me with the best calorie foods to give my dog, and messaging over time asking how she’s getting on! They’re very quick at responding! Also the packaging of the food is great, in sealed tubs and always the correct order. My dogs love the food, so I will always stick with ProDog!
