I/my dog Rufus has been using ProDog for over a year now and he is happier, healthier and more energetic than ever. He is a healthy weight and loves when it comes to dinner time. We order a months worth of food at a time and the price point and convenience is ideal and we’ll be using ProDog indefinitely!

Been using Prodog Raw for around 7-8 months now The raw food products are perfect for your dogs needs, and they even do offal free! Which is great as Dave has bad stools with offal. We use a few of the powders to, which have been a game changer when it comes to giving our dog body all the vitamins he needs to stay in a extremely healthy working dog condition Service has always been great from customer service to the media team.. We wouldn’t shop anywhere else.

I've been using ProDog Raw for over 2 years now and my dog loves it. He's super fit and healthy with a lovely shiny coat. I recently had a delivery of his food abut found his worm/flea powder was missing from the order. I made contact by email I had a really good response the powder was dispatched straight away with no questions. I'm very happy with ProDog Raw and so is Dobby!

My girl loves ProDog and is absolutely thriving on it. She can be very fussy and was awful as a pup. But ProDog is her absolute favourite. The range of food is incredible and super quality and you can feed so much variety. Plus there’s ranges to suit all dogs depending on their needs. The supplements range is phenomenal too and we’ve particularly used a few recently and have seen so much improvement in our girl. I cannot thank the team enough with how kind and friendly they are and I am super grateful at how much my girl loves the food. I can’t recommend it enough! We are big raw food advocates and this is by far our favourite brand too. Thanks so much!!

I adopted an 8 year old dog 7 months ago, he had itchy sore skin, his coat looked dull and I was told he had some allergies. I started feeding the exotic range raw food and the Protect and Flex supplements 6 months ago. I’m shocked at how much better his skin is; his coat doesn’t shed like it used to, he’s not constantly itching and chewing himself, he looks fit, healthy and shiny and he absolutely loves his breakfast and dinner! I was initially worried about getting his food delivered frozen regularly, storing it in my freezer and remembering to defrost it in the fridge but it’s been really easy! The containers are packed and delivered with ice packs, they don’t take up much room in my freezer and it’s easier than opening and storing a tin or mixing up dry food. His favourite is definitely the venison and there’s such a great range of raw food and supplements. The Protect supplement helps with his allergies and skin and the Flex is perfect for a little dog that loves to chase his ball around the park. It’s great value for money and really easy to order. He also loves the range of treats, his little tail goes wild when he sees the packet. I’ve had so much support from the Prodog team with getting his food perfect for him… thank you so much!

Awful company. I had subscribed to the monthly order for convenience but cancelled as they had increased the price by £20 a month. 2 months later on they sent me another order at the new price that I didn't ask for and gave me 24 hours notice. Food went in the bin as it was a hot day and I was away! Customer service didn't want to know. Have reported to my bank.

Ordered a bundle pack to try. It arrived yesterday very quickly but upon opening the box it was clear the top cartons were defrosted. I put the remainder in the fridge and as I work got back to my day with the view to sort today on my day off. So just called to inform customer service what had happened and that 60% of the order was unusable. Well this where your customer service fails. The unhelpful woman was defensive didn’t apologise or anything just blamed DPD and said I needed photos taken immediately after opening the box. Well shoot me down I didn’t do that as I have a life. If it was plastered across the box then yes I would have done it but according to said woman it is listed in their T&Cs (I’d love to know at what point I was presented with these or who they think goes through the fine print) but it is evident they want to mislead people when there is an issue. Save your money and use a company that understands customer service. Oh and yes I’ve used a different email address so before you say I haven’t made an order here’s the order number so you can’t say this is a fake review 622506

Our Wolfdog has never had any issues with any other companies complete raw food...this one however, he absolutely will not touch. Turns out that while they say in the main description that they have chosen to make their mixed raw bundle salmon free, it does infact contain salmon oil, so not really salmon free at all. This has turned out to be a massive no go for our boy. He's not a fish fan in general, but while I wouldn't expect a bit of oil mixed in with the mass of ingredients claimed to be in these formulas to cause any issues, the amount of oil used must be massive for it to overpower the smell & taste of the protein choice itself plus the fruits & veg. Consequently since it can't be returned or exchanged, after trying a couple of the main proteins he has always eaten, we're now left with 26 tubs of expensive, unusable food taking up much needed space in his freezer as I'll now need to bulk order elsewhere.

In my opinion this is one of the better complete raw feeds on the market and I've fed raw for over 30 years now. However, I'm parting company due to their lack of customer service skills. Sadly DPD do let this company down in the area of Kent where I live. Their drivers continually ignore the delivery arrangements and choose to drop my order over 50 feet away from property and I am unable to carry the delivery to my house due to osteo arthritis in my spine. I've reported it on numerous occasions to DPD who aren't interested and Prodog sadly have the same attitude. I've also received several damaged tubs where they are fully split into two (5 tubs in my last delivery) and one completely unacceptable tub that defrosted to total slop. Having sent them a video of this, I have to wait 5 days for them to raise an investigation ........I pay for a good quality raw feed and would not have fed this obviously substandard tub of complete Rabbit to my dogs. Sadly with the delivery issues, the damages to the feed upon delivery and then sub standard food is now seeing me part company with Prodog due to their lack of customer skills. It's done me a favour as I've found a higher nutritionally rated complete raw through Nuture Them Naturally stocked locally to me so no need for any lazy courier service. The food is amazing and I have two healthy and happy dogs once again. Prodog .... .no-one can get it right all the time but you need to learn how to hold your hands up when you do get it wrong and learn how to put it right with some responsibility. At a time when Customer Service is at an all time low, you should cease the opportunity to shine and not be a sheep following everyone else's lack in their duty of care.

Started ProDog with our 2 pups when they were 8 weeks old and they are now 6 months and full of energy with glossy and healthy coats and generally great health. They became fussy about their raw food all of a sudden recently and we tried everything we could think of to get them eating. Contacted ProDog and received great advice via an article - implemented the tips and they’re back to scoffing it down immediately! ProDog also got their canine behaviour expert to call me and that was super helpful too. We use the subscription service and haven’t had any need to go elsewhere - ours are definitely ProDog pups!

Wife ordered food and never revived after excuses have asked for a refund and waiting a response Be careful as I don’t know how genuine this company is Louise Scott, BN24 Stop fibbing us of about resolving with the courier company. We paid you not the courier company. Just give us our money back instead of excuses. Received an email last night confirming a refund has been actioned. What happened to the replacement delivery you said had been sent on 4th April. Too many broken promises. Have gone with Butternut box better everything. Have a look and make your own decision. Be careful.

Ordered my food to be left in porch, delivered to wrong address, not Pro Dog's fault, they answered my query straight away and tried to resolve it. Luckily a neighbour had my product and was retrieved later, Because the frozen food was packed so well and insulated it was still frozen The dogs loved it. Great service

I ordered a sample pack and it arrived promptly. Our dogs adapted well to the change and seemed happy with the new food. We have set up a subscription, I realised that the 2nd round into the subscription was unlikely to arrive before we ran out. I contacted ProDog Raw and Juliet came back to me straight away and arranged for the food to arrive the following day for me. This is rhe second time I have contacted the company, the first I was a little unsure on setting my subscription up and the costs. Both times I had a super fast response and a helpful person. We are currently coming up to delivery no 5 (Inc the sample pack) and have no complaints but most importantly we have 2 very happy dogs . The only thing I would change if I could, is that more veg be added to the raw food as we are having to cook extra to Inc but this is preference I guess.

Pro dog raw Is Definitely the company I would recommend for all your raw needs. My 4 dogs (2xcocker spaniel 1x Welsh collie & 1x XL bully x Cane corso) absolutely love it we were having trouble with the XL eating & putting on weight so we decided that we could afford to go back to Prodog now so knowing she loves it she would definitely eat it we did it but my mistake on the address messed it up at DPD so it wasn't delivered. I rang Pro dog and with it not being protocol on wrong address to do anything at first they couldn't do anything but when I spoke to an actual employee not computer I explained everything to them & they were extremely kind enough to resend 15kilos of what we had ordered and also to send back out the supplements without charge. £160 was a big order to lose. They were so quick to help rectify MY mistake. We will definitely be staying with them now we know exactly how many dogs we have to feed. Amazing product and amazing team. Thank You So Much From Myself , Buddy, Pippa, Poppy & Lola

My Two Dachshunds love this food! When they were about 9 months old they completely went off dry and wet dog food. They've been on this now for 6 months and always empty bowls and happy sausages. I would suggest trying the bundles first to find out what meats your dog prefers, ours love anything chicken, Beef and tripe related.

I always grew up thinking dogs had smelly breath, needed their teeth cleaning all the time and did smelly farts. The prodog food however has left my cocker spaniels teeth and breath clean and fresh, with no farts, and she seems happy and healthy because of it too after being on it for a year. I’ve not seen any other food that looks better for her so far. They use DPD next day delivery which has always been solid, and the packaging is relatively eco friendly and really well insulated. Having a set subscription is mega handy too. What’s great is their customer service is incredible. When my dog wasn’t eating, they provided amazing advice and even offered to have a behaviourist call me to talk through her eating habits. Would reccomend to anyone

Recently switched to raw for our dog. He loves it and honestly it's been completely great. Delivery came on the right day etc. it's all packed really well. The tubs are dishwasher safe (and microwave) if you're that way inclined or want to reuse. The customer service is also really great and the website easy to use. The only thing I'm a bit dubious about is their pricing, and discounts. Firstly the website header and Google blurb say there is free delivery which initially sucked us in. There isn't unless you buy a bundle which you find out digging into the FAQs. So you decide to buy a bundle instead, but it doesn't seem much cheaper. Pulled in with the postage offer and then something with the value seems odd, it sets a precedent for trust issues and unfortunately they continue ... So I add up the items in bundles individually and they come to less than the bundle price (baring in mind it says its 18% cheaper for the bundle), but you then have to pay postage when not buying a bundle. E.g. 80/10/10 bundle is £54.95, individually you can get the same for £53.65 but then need to pay £10 postage. Ugh. I'd rather not have to sit here and do the maths on all product/delivery combinations. I also noticed that the sample bundle is £14.95 until you sign in and then it switches to £19.95. Wonder how many people added other stuff to the basket, signed up en route to paying and didn't notice the extra £5? The economy chubs are a similar deal because they're only 450g. It means once you get a bunch of them and work out the £ per kg, they're more expensive than the basic proteins like beef and chicken which 3 of the 4 chubs contain anyway. The rewards scheme is also a bit of an impossible task, it's approximately 2 points per £1 and to get to the decent tier that offers you anything you need 50000 points or £25000 of food orders. That means on my average spend per month I'd need my dog to live for 28 years just to get there. I'm looking at over 11 years to just get out the bottom tier. Ultimately Prodog have been a great gateway and we will continue to use for the forseeable (especially as I sat here and did all the math), but we'll probably move on to another supplier in the future unless it becomes a bit more user friendly/transparent.

Only decent part to company is their customer service the actual product is sub par, 80% of tubs damaged and every single one has freezer burn . I have dealt with raw for many years and their quality just isn’t to the standard you would expect they push more on you as soon as you buy miss out products and replace them, note your first order will be fine I can only assume by bad freezer burn and damaged boxes they are sitting on lots of old stock which should be destroyed and not sent out to dogs. We have a couple of tubs being tested for bacterial growth decay and contents but to be honest switching to another supplier my dog deserves better quality. I have had this item for some time before leaving review to make sure it’s a true reflection.
