Sep 16,2024Customer service is excellent. They respond quickly to any questions. My dog suffered with a few bouts of gastro enteritus but since she has been on the raw food diet for the last year or so she has had no problems and been very healthy and her teeth are in excellent condition. It is so easy with a regular repeat order.

Sep 12,2024Very good quality complete raw dog food. Rates highly on all about dog food and it’s British! A good selection of flavours and once your subscription is set up you don’t have to think about it again. The customer service is excellent, very quick to respond and resolve and queries.

Sep 12,2024ProDog Raw customer service is the best I have ever experienced! Nothing is too much and they reply very quickly. Not only this but my dog sufferers from spikes disease, which is diet related. They have organised a nutritionist to contact me, at no extra cost, to provide my dog with the best diet for him. Delivery is always on time and my dogs go mad for it! Also the best price wise for raw feeding. Really can’t recommend this company enough.

Sep 11,2024been with prodog for a while and been happy with. until now! when there is a problem they will lie and lie to cover up there terrible service. there is no customer care. they say and say that they care about animals. THEY DONT! not when it comes to there profits. they expected me to feed my dogs on refrozen food.when asked for a refund thay will lie and lie to not issue one. so be careful people of this company as they will just rip you off in the long run. find a professional company that actually cares about animals and there customers as I will be. SHAME ON YOU PRODOG!!

Sep 10,2024I have been using ProDog Raw for a couple of years now. Their products and of a high quality at an affordable price. My dog loves the meat and flavors. The variety boxes are a great mix of proteins and she never gets bored of them. The company always delivers on time and on accassion been super helpful for an urgent delivery.

Sep 09,2024I was so worried when my dachshund was diagnosed with kidney stones that I wouldn't be able to find the right food that he would happily eat. He has loved all the offal free options Prodog provide and he does the tippy taps at every meal time. It's easy to prepare and ordering and delivery is fast so I never run out. I've also noticed that the poops are better and much easier to pick up which is a bonus. Happy dog, happy customer.

Sep 09,2024I have tried so many different products for my fussy dachshund but since changing to raw he's literally jumping up to his bowl meal times , such a relief to know he's happy , shiny coat , breath is improving! Thankyou prodog ❤️

Sep 08,2024I'm giving a generous 2 stars updated to 3, because the food was enjoyed by my dog I got my sample pack, with no bother, it was delivered on day of dispatch according to my email and arrived frozen, my dog enjoyed the food so I proceeded to by x2 eco packs. I had a dispatch notice but then nothing was delivered. I emailed Prodog customer services on the day but was out of hours. The food was delivered the following afternoon, the food arrived different in different variations of frozen, at least 6 being completely defrosted. I had read on the Prodog website what thier policy was on partially frozen food and the reassurance that the food was OK to refreeze. I wasn't thrilled the food had arrived like this but ok.. The problem came the next day when I received an email from Diana saying the delivery had been delivered according to the tracking and Diana hoped I had a perfect delivery, so I responded that I had the delivery but not so perfect. Diana had time to go back on forth, the defensiveness of her responses, her invalidation of my experience with Prodog and my previous supplier her explanation of the logistics of Dpd, Butternut dog delivery service were detailed but not my experience and left a bitter taste in mouth. Blaming Dpd, packaging etc and just the tone of the email is why I won't be using this company again. I then received another email asking for a lot of information and videos etc to prove the food arrived in the state it had. I had never asked for compensation or any investigation, I was giving feedback of my experience using thier company as a new customer ✌🏽 UPDATE Thank you for the response, MY point is regardless of the delivery service Prodog or other companies use, I personally have never had partially defrosted food and this was my concern. However I can't deny my 41kg dog loves this food and his poo has been PERFECT, his allergies seem to have calmed down and his coat is glossy! I still didn't love the my customer service experience but my dog does love this food! In the spirit of a fair review I felt I should update.

Sep 07,2024Good quality food but it doesn’t stop there as the customer service is brilliant. If I ever need to speak to someone l always get the help l need and what’s more the available information and support is brilliant. I had so much help from their nutritionalist, Alison, when we first started feeding our dog Lily ProDog Raw. She was suffering from incessant itchiness and was covered in sores; l just didn’t know where to turn. But with Alison’s help, we eventually discovered Lily was allergic to chicken and consequently she is now a much happier dog, with all symptoms gone.

Sep 07,2024My dog loves this food. Was an extremely fussy eater when he arrived here as a 5 years old rescue dog, but with prodograw... he Never leaves a morsel of it! Has been on it for 4 years now, and I can very much recommend it. Poos are firm and do not smell so offensive. No reddish weeping under his eyes either. Need a freezer with plenty of space to store the food and scales to measure out the allowance, but worth the fuss.
