Aug 16,2024My two cockers love pro raw dog food, we love how convenient and easy it is in the tub which makes storing and weighing the food out easier. We love the variety of options available too. We also reached out to the customer service team as I was struggling with one of my spaniels eating habits for a long time and they put me in touch with Caroline, she was amazing and has changed our lives. My dog will now eat EVERY meal without no fussing or stress. Can't recommend pro raw dog enough!

Aug 12,2024Great products, responsive, helpful and friendly team. My dog loves this food and it seems to be doing him good (pick-up-able pooh a real bonus!). Subscription is great as means we never risk forgetting to order or running out, plus the flexibility of tailoring the bundles to your dog’s likes and dislikes.

Aug 12,2024I recently emailed with a query about feeding guidelines for Flexx supplement and got a response early the next morning, very quick and helpful. The Flexx supplement powder is easy to mix with the raw food. My dog gets a lot of compliments about her trim figure, white teeth and shiny coat. I wish I could say the same about me...

Aug 12,2024I feed my Belgian shepherd prodog raw and he looks amazing a true picture of health , we recently had our new pup a Yorkshire terrier start on prodog raw and I was a Little unsure of the portion size to feed so sent customer services a message and got a prompt response from Alison who answered my query and was extremely helpful. 10 out of 10 for the product and customer service .

Aug 11,2024We have been using Pro Dog Raw for over a year now. We have been extremely impressed with the quality of the food and also their customer service. We have zero wastage with the food as our dogs really enjoy it. One of our dogs has had digestive issues and Alison has been amazing in helping us choose the correct food bundle and also supplements. The website is brilliant. Please take some time to read the articles that they post. They have been a real support for us. My only regret is not switching to Pro Dog Raw sooner.

Aug 09,2024I did my 1st order #594408 in May 24. A sample pack was meant to include some free treats, but they were missing from the box. I called customer service and was asked to email photos of the paper work that was in the box. They were able to work out from some coloured dot coding system that there had been a mistake. 'Sarah' asked if she could send the treats with my next order, so I responded and asked for them to be sent ASAP please. I've not ordered any more from the company whilst waiting a couple of months for the treats, but they sent me an email survey asking if they had 'pupset' me. I filled in their survey form a week ago explaining the issue and that I had still had no reply, so I've continued ordering from alternative suppliers. When you have checked the above for accuracy, can you confirm it's true please.

Aug 08,2024I have been using ProDog for the most part of this year but this is my first review. My experience is that since starting a subscription my order has been received on the specified date. I decided to try my dog on the exotic range and wow he polishes his bowl in record time. I enquired whether the range was complete and was advised to add Boost once a day and one egg and one portion of oily fish per week. I added the Boost today and my Frenchie more than doubled his zoomies, it was lovely to see him having so much fun. I hope it lasts. I am a convert to raw and fully recommend ProDog as the place to go for quality food.

Aug 08,2024I’ve been using ProDog Raw for a while now. My dog absolutely loves the food. The customer service I have experienced is second to none. I have asked for help twice over the last few months & Robin has been fantastic both times. My dog has decided she doesn’t like rabbit so Robin changed my subscription straight away without fuss. I then needed another delivery quickly as my daughter came to stay with her dog & Robin stepped up again & arranged a box for me immediately. I’ve been so impressed with the customer service. I would highly recommend this company & the products.

Aug 08,2024I have been feeding ProDog to my dogs for a number of years. The quality is excellent - great consistency! And I love the huge choice of flavours and complete/bone/offal inclusion options available as they allow me to add in raw meaty bones as a regular treat. My dogs all receive Flexx, to help support their joints, as well as Repel to keep pesky ticks and fleas away. My agility dogs all benefit too from Revive - a super supplement which aids recovery during shows and after training. It's also great to know there's a brilliant, qualified, nutritional team on board with loads of excellent advice in times of need!

Aug 07,2024Since starting our 3 dogs on prodog the customer service has been first class. Any queries I have had have been answered quickly and efficiently. Staff are very friendly and chatty and take an interest in the dogs. I order my food on line and have set up a monthly subscription. Food always arrives when they say it will and the packaging it comes in keeps the food frozen. My dogs are on the luxury food and I also combine this with their supplements. I use Prodog Maximus and Prodog Flexx to maintain weight and muscle on the dogs and maintain their healthy coats.I have also started using Prodog Perform for strength and stamina. All my dogs compete at Flyball at the highest level so it is important to give them a balanced diet. Ptodog also have Caroline Spencer as their behaviorist for helpful advice and Alison from their Customer Service Team is always on hand to assist on nutrition.

Aug 07,2024After trying many things to help my Beagle with his itchy skin and paws (inc Cytopoint injections from the vet) I switched my dog to raw. After trying many brands with no success I decided to try Prodog-mainly for the fact their food didn’t use beef offal in everything-unlike many others. My dog improved but wasn’t quite right still. After contacting Prodog for help it was suggested I should try the Digest supplement. We’re now a few months in on our second pack and Wow! Only one Cytopoint jab this year so far and that was before the supplement. I’m crossing everything and I’ve now ordered the allergy supplement Protect to see if it will help with his allergies/sneezing. What a great company with a fabulous range of different proteins on offer.

Alison who I was communicating with really into depth with me on the issues and gave me some really thorough advice which I am currently working through and trialing, and left communication open so that I could get back in touch if I wanted any further support
