Dec 13,2023I have been a long suffering customer of ProDog and the attitude of the customer service team would indicate that they dont care to retain subscription customers. I have spent in excess of £8k over the last 4 years and they are still making subscription errors. They cannot be trusted to deliver the product as requested. Duplicating subscriptions and orders, and now adding I suspect slow moving stock items to my subscription that I did not ask for. Customer services are so rude, and appear to have now been farmed out to home workers, who clearly have more pressing issues to manage at home, like screaming kids. All feels very amateur and depsite their announcements about new IT contractors, it is still the same useless service. Food is good just a shame their IT, customer service and logistics is so woeful. Patience has run out.

Dec 05,2023Have used Prodog Raw for a couple of years and cannot fault them. Dogs absolutely love the food and there is a variety of flavours. Had an item missing from recent order, contacted customer service and item was delivered the very next day. Can’t ask for better. Happy Dogs therefore happy owner!

Nov 30,2023I recently switched my westie onto ProDog raw after sending for a sample pack. She’s been fed raw for a number of years now but this brand has given her a new spring in her step. I like the fact that you can ask for delivery on a particular day which has been fulfilled so far. As a pescatarian myself it’s good that the food does not have an overwhelming meaty smell. My dog now has a very shiny nose, coat and lots of energy for a senior dog. The only downside is I wish the cartons were more environmentally friendly.

Nov 30,2023Really clear website, easily signposting everything you need to know about raw feeding. If you have any questions, phones are answered quickly and you can contact by email which again is responded to quickly. Prices are competitive, not cheap, and the protein variety is good. The bundles are good value if you have the freezer space, and if you subscribe to a regular delivery you get a further discount. We have been feeding ‘ready to feed’ raw for years and Pro Dog Raw is our newly discovered go to supplier now.

Nov 07,2023I ordered an introductory sample offer bundle and was very pleased with the service. But I recently ordered the 'Sensitivity Bundle' and have been somewhat disappointed. Found that the Rabbit Formula becomes very wet as it thaws, not experienced this with other varieties? I posted a question on their Facebook page enquiring if this was normal but my question was not approved. I received a response directing me to their customer services. I did contact their Customer Services via their contact portal to ask if it was normal for the Rabbit Formula to become excessively wet when it thaws and received what can only be described as a dismissive uninterested response of : 'Thanks for reaching out to us. We're always looking to improve'. So are they saying it should not be that wet and they are going to improve it? I have had no issues with their other varieties, but I would certainly not recommend buying the Rabbit Formula. Order #457122

Nov 01,2023Customer service is absolutely excellent. Faultless. (Polite, engaging, understanding, willing to compensate for fair reason). Raw food products are top notch in general. Certainly the best raw food ive used and teiwd many. Particularly like the Exotic range which I mix with complete range to boost sufficient nutrients and vary the consistency to what pup likes (e.g. mix goat which is dryish, with rabbit which tends to be too wet on its own). Jollyes pet stores stock the ranges which I've found to be very convenient and actually prefer to delivery (see below about delivery). I have provided feedback to customer services on some areas I would love to see improved, as below: With the complete range, there are some variations in percentage of primary protein on the same item (packages saying either 80% or 85%). Realting ro these different percentages, the consistency of content varies a bit too much for my liking sometimes, particulary the rabbit (some are dark, soft and very bloody, others meaty, pink and drier which seems much better quality). Delivery experience has been inconsistent. One order was completely defrosted and some of the packs were clearly unusable - the response from customer service went above and beyond to rectify through refund or replacement. Packaging is lacking in terms of protection and insulation by comparison to competitors and other chilled goods delivered services I've used. I'd love to see a click and collect service with ProDog raw website, partnered with some stores for example, so I can make use of more reliable chilled delivery services to stores that have refrigerated delivery services (unless there is significant improvement with courier packaging and temperature management like better insulation). Nov 01,2023My two dogs have enjoyed ProDogs' raw food for a few years now and they absolutely love the food. We get a regular delivery of the luxury bundle - it is not the cheapest option but my dogs do really well on it so I will keep them on that for as long as I can afford it. There are however other, more affordable options. This company provides a really reliable and flexible service and their customer support team is extremely responsive and helpful. They have a good rewards system too.

Oct 31,2023Im a ProDog customer for more than 3 years now and I cannot fault their services. Very quick responses from costumer service representative and quick to accommodate any last minute requests. Food always fresh and nicely packed. Maybe for future you can find an alternative to the plastic boxes(I have 25 kg delivered every 3 weeks and feel guilty about the pastic I use🥴)

Oct 31,2023When it comes to raw dog food, my dog Odin loves his Prodog. And his favourite liver treats, good quality at a reasonable price. Had an issue where I had bought the same items twice (thanks bank) Prodog got in contact straight away to say I had purchased twice and would I like a refund. I asked if they could delay one of the deliveries for three weeks and was more than happy to oblige. This is what makes a good company.

Oct 31,2023I can't vouch for what it tastes like myself but I can tell you my baby Frenchie is like a little piranha when it comes to this food. I did a lot of research in to raw food companies and took particular note of ingredients and moisture content. ProRaw seem to come out the best. The bundle varieties are good value and lots of different flavours. We're about to transition over from puppy bundles and our next delivery will be adult - with 2 new additional flavours. She's going to just love them ! Their Customer Service Team are really lovely too, take time to listen to any issues you may have with feeding raw and give great advice

Oct 31,2023All 3 dogs love the raw food provided by ProDog Raw. Deliveries are always on time (big thanks to DPD here). Only had a small issue with an order once, but it was quickly resolved by the customer service. I can honestly recommend ProDog Raw.

Oct 31,2023Ordering is made easy on the Pro raw website, a regular delivery can be set up and communication is good. The customer service team are also helpful should you have a query. My dogs all love the food!

Oct 20,2023We were recommended Prodog by our dog trainer a few months ago, since changing we never have any waste food, every single morsal is gone! I have two boxers who can easily get upset stomach, but not once since we switched have we had any issues with upset tummys. Their coats are amazing and they dont appear to shed as much hair either. I have always ordered online with no problems, and DPD have always delivered within the time frame given. We had a bit of a panic this week when we realised we didnt have much food left , so i placed an order and kept my fingers crossed it would arrive today, it did! We did try a 'cheaper' brand of raw food, however the quality of the meals are nowhere near as good as the Pro-dog. If you are considering changing your dog to raw.. do it..!! I wish we did it years ago. Thank you to everyone at Pro-dog for doing a fab job : )

Dec 28,2023I would like to warn customers of the following issues: They do not have a returns policy: I have asked to see the policy as the website alludes to their being one- to be told, there isn’t one! They make mistakes and do not rectify them: My dog has a sensitive stomach and can only eat beef. I have 50 tubs of non beef foods in my freezer. I have taken the food to a butcher to be told it’s not beef! Their customer services were polite, but focused on buying more food and telling me that the ‘beef’ is reared differently, which is why it is pail. I have lost faith in this company. I have cancelled my subscription and account. Avoid.
