Jan 24,2025Awful service start to finish. Shipment was advertised to take 8-12 weeks…took 5 months. Extra costs not made clear. TV arrived smashed and they had not added to insurance list. Packages were all damaged. Awful, avoid

Jan 17,2025Although I was actually in Spain when Mark, Andrew and Liam picked up my furniture from the UK, my neighbours told me they were extremely polite and very helpful. There were several pieces which I thought would be brought over, however they gave clear reasons as to why this wouldn’t be the case, and even checked with Head Office on a couple of points. They couldn’t have done anymore and I really appreciate their help

Jan 13,2025Very worst service from this shipping company. They have lost our bag before even shipping and shows no interest in compensation. Instead ask for more payment after the boxes has been sent to them. While the quote didn’t mention any of those cost. Been more than 1.5 months, still have no update on the shipment of package. I dont know how long they will take for delivery.
