Mar 06,2025My last bicycle tour ended from a tick bite. That was over 8 years ago and I’ve been chronically sick since. I have not been able to ride since for fear of getting myself stranded. Yesterday I took my first ride on my new boxer. I took one of my dogs for a several mile run on a remote rocky dirt road. Then I took two more pups for a short run. Lastly I took my other big dog for the same long run. I felt safe knowing that if I couldn’t get my bike and myself home, my bike could get me home. Wow, you’ve given me a touch of my life back and I’m truly grateful. I was hooting and hollering the whole ride like a kid on their first rollercoaster!!!

Mar 06,2025I purchased 2 BOXER ST’s and have been very impressed with them. I’ve put 250 miles on one and 120 on the other with no problems. There were a couple of accessories either damaged or missing upon arrival and Puckipuppy took care of the problems like a champ. They have been great to work with and highly recommend. My son will be purchasing 2 in the near future.

Mar 04,2025I bought a Boxer ST. This is my second e-bike, and is an upgrade I am exceedingly pleased with. The quality is spectacular. Assembly was easy. Customer service has been responsive. The ride is smooth, and everything about the bike exudes quality. I would not hesitate to purchase from Puckipuppy again, and I hope they are successful and will be around for a long time - they deserve accolades for making a great product.

Mar 04,2025I recen tly decided to purchase an E-Bike and after researching many different brands I decided on the Puckipuppy Samoyed. I am SO GLAD I did. This bike is well constructed with a fine fit and finish. Assembly was a breeze and I was riding in under an hour. The bike rides beautifully with plenty of "get up and go". My neighbor, who is a bike enthusiast was impressed and he loved it too. The color display is very nice and they even offered an extra battery for $99! Which I purchased too. I love it and I think you will too!

Mar 04,2025I love Puckipuppy! I bought a bike a couple months back and I’ve been riding everyday. The dual suspension makes for an extremely smooth ride. The fat tires allow you to ride on any terrain, even snow! I recommend to anyone who is looking for a great bike at a great price.

Mar 02,2025Purchased a boxer ebike from this company & 3 minutes into it noticed front shocks are not working & power shuts off.called the customer service & since I just got the bike asked for return & refund.they were very apologetic & assured me to fix the problem & totally ignored my request .they sent me the front shocks & after putting in a few hours I finally installed it.compared the new forks with the old one and it was about 2" longer and they said just cut the extra.still the power issue was there and I called them numerous times & they are very good at apologizing but not taking care of the problem.going back & fort with them & tons of emails, they finally emailed me saying that they won't take responsibility for the power issue & my time to return the product has been exceeded !!! On their warranty policy it clearly states that their electric components are guaranteed for 2 years .that shows me they don't back up their products and do anything they can to not take it back and making their customers go around circles.i have also filled a complaint with BBB since they are a member.hopefully they learn how to have customer service not only pretending one.Not recommending them at all.

My husband got the GoldenR and I got the Boxer ST. They are easy to ride and a great way to get out doors. I highly recommend Puckipuppy🙂

Feb 28,2025Are you confused which E-Bike to purchase? Yes there's hundreds of choices, I've done the research for you. I bought a Puckipuppy Labrador Fat tire. The quality was so good I've bought another the Samoyed for my wife. Both bikes were shipped within a few days of ordering. Bikes come 80% together. Takes 1/2 hr. to mount front tire and handle bars. When Purchasing a Puckipuppy you'll get a well made quality bike and along with it you get 100% Customer support that responds quickly to all your questions.

Feb 27,2025We decided to join the electric bike world and we love it. Our friends recommended puckipuppy to us and I am so thankful they did. We originally purchased two bikes for camping. We love our bikes so much I purchased ten more for our kids and their spouses and their better halves. The bikes all quickly came and were very well packaged. They asembled easily and fairly quickly. These bikes are very well built and go forever on the battery. We all couldn't be happier with our bikes and their custermer service. I highly recommend this company, they are prompt to respond and quick to help. Puckipuppy is the way to go if you are looking for a durable,comfortable and stylish bike. Feb 26,2025Recieved my Puckipuppy boxer st ebike in a timely manner. Assembly was very straightforward and easy (YouTube videos are available if you need help). Appears to be well built and sturdy. Had a couple minor operational questions for customer support that I submitted by email, and found customer service to be timely and very helpful. My reaction after my first ride was "significantly exceeds my expectations!" It impressed me enough that I'm going to get a second Puckipuppy ebike for my wife on her birthday.

Feb 25,2025Simple purchase transaction, easy to complete and buildout and decent suspension and when the program is digitally unleashed, the bike is super fun and enjoyable to ride and charges rather quickly. I recommend using YouTube to check out how to use all setting to unleash the bikes ability. Also, I raced dirt bikes and this is not a major trail style mtn bike which is what I purchased this for. But fun to ride the streets and simple trails.

I have taken it out on trail rides and even up a small mountain, and the bike tackled the terrain with ease. The dual suspension system is great for absorbing any off-road or uneven terrain challenges and makes for a pleasant riding experience. The 960-watt motor is plenty of power and I'm amazed at the bike's top speed with pedal assist. I'm extremely impressed with their Customer Service, as they have been incredibly responsive with some follow-up questions and a part replacement. I highly recommend this brand to anyone considering a high-quality e-Bike! -Happy Customer
