Nov 30,2024Perfectly Fun! The PuckiPuppy Corgi eBike is absolutely great for anyone seeking a downright fun way to get around ! We live a very rural area with dirt roads. It provides the perfect amount of assistance whether you're climbing steep hills or cruising flat roads. The battery life has been excellent. I’ve done just a few rides, but the battery charge is only a tick down. I have not charged it since my original charge out of the box. The seat is super comfy and I love the size. It is not overwhelming like my husbands. Great Customer Service. They check on you after a few days to see if you are happy and/or having any issues with your purchase. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable and fun eBike! Love it!

Nov 29,2024I received my Puckipuppy Labrador the first part of September and in three months I ridden the bike over 600 miles with zero issues. The assembly was easy with basic hand tools and other than a flat tire, I ran over a piece of wire, absolutely no issues with the bike. I just performed a basic maintenance on the bike checking nuts and bolts and lubricating needed items and its ready to go. I did modify the mirrors because they would not stay adjusted, by taking them apart and putting an end of the finger of a nitrile glove around the ball and now they stay where I put them no matter what terrain I ride. Very happy with the Puckipuppy Labrador.

Nov 29,2024We have had our bikes for a couple of weeks and are very happy with our choice! The bikes perform well and super comfortable we got the boxer st love the step through as we are in our 60"s! The promotion for black Friday was so good I was skeptical but besides a delay in some of the promotional products arriving the customer service team was all over it super responsive and resolved all issues very fast! If your thinking of e bikes these are a good choice!

Nov 26,2024Horrible customer service bike was broken on delivery and missing accessories that they are not willing to replace!!! Took longer than expected to get the parts to fix it would not recommend this company at all !!!!!!!!

Nov 26,2024I bought the first samoyed on 10/5 for my eldest son to go to school. The operation and performance are very good. I love the puckipuppy ebike. It has many accessories. I especially like the front and rear baskets that can hold school bags, lunch bags and other items. Now I am buying the second one. The second one is for my daughter to go to school.

Nov 26,2024They were quick to ship. Instructions were good and assembly was pretty easy. I've only been able to put a few miles on the bike so far, but it works great. The bike appears to be well made. I am very happy with my purchase.

Nov 25,2024I recently purchased the Puckipuppy Labrador e-bike. This bike is awesome, easily hauling my carcass at 6’1” and 225 lbs with my 75 lbs of gear up and down rural PA hills. Very powerful, quiet, and comfortable mode of transportation to very remote areas.

Nov 22,2024I’m a 68 year old ex-athlete who still is very active but limited do to arthritic back and knees. I decided to give PuckiPuppy a try to assist in rides on the city trails but also to ride silently through the woods and fields to my hunting blinds. Both experiences have been better than imagined. In fact the first time I used the PuckiPuppy to hunt I forgot the bike cover and simply parked beneath my deer condo. Had deer stop and look at bike then slowly walk away and two yearlings come right up to bike to smell. I have to say this bike has extended my ability to remain active both in the city and the woods. I am more than satisfied with PuckiPuppy.

Nov 22,2024My family is new to the e-bike world, but after going on the Pumpkinvine Trail in Indiana and renting e-bikes, we bacame huge fans! We did some research and the price of Puckipuppy is very competitive and the look of the bikes won us over. We bought two Samoyed Step thrus and 2 Corgi Step thrus. The only thing I was a little disappointed about was that the Corgis say that they are for people who are 5-0 to 6-2 and the Samoyeds are for people who are 5-3 to 6-4. I bought one of each for me and my husband and also for my son and daughter in law. Both of us girls are 5-1 ish. The Corgi was too tall for us and we ended up having to ride the Samoyed. The seat on the Corgi wouldn't go down far enough for us to feel comfortable riding. It would be nice if there was maybe even a little shorter bike for us who aren't very tall. The Samoyed works for us, but I know that I haven't ridden a bike in a long time and I would have felt much more comfortable on a bike that was a little lower to the ground. Other than that, I have nothing but praise for the Puckipuppy. They were easy enough for my husband to assemble and they are a nice looking bike. The battery holds a charge well and the speed of the bike is perfect for a nice trail ride.

Dec 03,2024DO NOT BUY!!! Warning……… First ride I took it on the motor failed on the first hill I tried going up. Started off fine but as soon as you hit any type of incline just cut out. After trying several hills like this the motor just completely stopped working and than was making an awful clicking noise trying to engage. error signal where popping up on the display. Trying to pedal uphill with no motor I than noticed almost every gear was slipping and grinding when shifting. When going back down hill the breaks got so spongy I was having to squeeze as hard as I could for the bike to barely stop. Now the biggest hurdle of this whole thing is customer service they are running me in circles giving me every excuse in the world not to return this bike. I have never dealt with a customer support team like this before in my life. I will update this review and be making YouTube videos for viewers to be aware of this horrible product.
