Feb 19,2025Heard about this company on FB and other social media sites. Ordered the Boxer ST for deer and turkey hunting purposes. Have ridden off road with this unit twice and have decked it out in hunting gear. Can't wait for the spring turkey season. Looking forward to putting a ton of miles on this bike. Had my father and hunting buddy both order one as well. Then customer service called to check in and offered me tons of upgrades. Very good customer service and friendly people.

Feb 15,2025I was looking for the ultimate hunting and personal use E-bike. And have buddies that have the best of the best and when I tell you, they regret buying what they did when they rode my Boxer. Suspension compared to others is spectacular, the craftsmanship, the range and etc. I can go on for days I will pick this brand E-bike again and again over all others. From the wet swampy terrain in Louisiana to the mountain terrain in Missouri and Tennessee this bike performs flawlessly! I love it and intend to get my wife one here soon!

I searched for so long for an E-Bike that I felt could be used for so many different things- yet that still remained in the budget and gave me piece of mind that this would not be a wasted purchase. Then after reading reviews on the Puckipuppy and seeing the design of the Corgi- I finally pulled the trigger and ordered two. And I am so happy to see that this was better than expected. The bikes are easy to put together- there is a you tube video for that! - and the bikes are fun to ride, appear to have the necessary power for climbing up our hills and appear to be good quality! Because I got the two bikes- I got the bike rack- and it too- is great! I am very impressed and customer service has already made several contacts to make sure I am happy. Thank you Puckipuppy. This will be my new camp/hunt rig and my wife’s commuter and we are so looking forward to warmer weather so we can really get out and put some miles on these bad boys!!!

Feb 09,2025I believe there were several things that really impressed me with the bike. Brakes smooth and adequate during a fast stop. Legitimate power when needed. Really liked the camo color. I live in a mountainous region so double batteries let me go for longer ride. Finally very smooth ride. Size-wise perfect for me male at 5'9", my wife 5'6" she felt bike was too big for her.

Feb 08,2025Okay. This is my second review. Others have said it, but I am compelled to do so for emphasis. I do not normally right reviews and I am not a mountain bike pro, but I am middle aged, ride often, and not a novice as it relates to bikes. (E-bikes, this is my first) I had a chance to put over 70 miles on my Labrador, and so far so good. After the first 32 miles I was still above 1/2 battery life, which seems on par with the 60-80mile average, but I hear e-bike battery life per charge can be less efficient on the bottom end. Have not had a chance to test that theory for the Labrador. To achieve the mileage a acomplished, I used a combination of testing the different pedal assist modes, pedaling manually, and some throttle only just over a one hour period. Pedal assist 2 and 3 were all I needed, because you can use the throttle to get up to class 3 speed for more passing power to get ahead of cars when at a stop light. I used pedal assist 1 or 0 for manual pedaling when riding around people, and when passing joggers and traditional bikers along the bike path. I am 6’2” 185, and I was able to achieve a top speed of 30 miles per hour in pedal assist 5. I could easily go a bit faster, but the ghost pedaling to get there isn’t worth it, even after adjusting the gears. The Logan brakes were more responsive than expected, and if you adjust the gears properly you should be able to make it easily up most inclines that the average person would encounter while riding. Overall, I am very happy with my purchase, and as mentioned earlier, I do not write reviews normally, even though I use them for my decision making when making purchases. (Trying to change that, though) So far, I am so happy with this purchase that I wrote 2 reviews. Now… here are a few things to consider. It is a 77lb bike as some have mentioned. Meaning, if you lean the bike over two far to one side by mistake, you may not be able to easily manage it if you are not strong enough, so be aware, especially if you never had an e-bike before, like me. Treat it like a motorcycle or moped. I also purchased a bicycle alarm to attach to my brake pad and another one to hide elsewhere. Flat out or slime is a great choice to protect your tires from thorns or other punctures. This is, NOT, the bike to push home if you get a flat miles away from home. However, this is an awesome looking bike that handles well, with buttery suspension for the price. I received a complement on my very first ride. The acceleration is gradual and strong on the top end. More like a high end SUV than a sports car. But with 400lbs capacity and the attached bike rack, fender, and my bags. I’ll take the power that the Labrador is offering. I did some light off road testing, and with the fenders, kickstand, and attachments it was a bit noisy when hitting deeper, or continuous bumps. So make sure to do your routine maintenance and screw tightening more frequently, if you ride dirt paths and other uneven terrain regularly. The Labrador may be able to handle it, but it is probably not best suited for more technical mountain bike trails. But I can see someone using it for the occasional moderate trail ride, daily commuting, hunting, food delivery, trips to the grocery store, and fun in the sun. I will be looking to purchase a second puppy for my wife in the near future. Maybe a Boxer. Feb 08,2025I absolutely love my Puckipuppy Ebike! I purchased the boxer and it’s perfect for qetting to your deer stand quickly and quietly. It does hills, the woods and mud with ease… and i haven’t even gotten it up to fill speed yet lol. After my husband road it, a few days mater he purchased the Golden Retriever and moves his as well. A few days later my neighbor bought him the Boxer and is about to go ahead and purchase his wife one. They have great customer service, allot of bike for the money and shipped very quickly. The bike was very easy to assemble as was the bike rack. Now waiting for them to offer a pull behind trailer thats made to fit my bike to hail my deer out of the woods and all will be perfect! Go get you one today! I promise you will not regret it.

Feb 07,2025I am so excited for my purchase of the Boxer!! First of all, the ordering process was very easy and delivery of my bike from order to delivery was about a week! I thought that was very quick turnaround! The bike came in a very durable box and the assembly was pretty quick. I love how the bike handles and is a very comfortable ride. One thing that makes it so comfortable is the seat!! Live the little oversized seat, not your typical bike seat!! I would highly recommend a Puckipuppy Boxer!!

Feb 05,2025Received my puckipuppy for a Birthday present. Love this bike. It was easy to assemble. This bike flies with pedal assist. It can also be used with no pedaling at all and goes so fast. Battery lasts a long time. I Can not say enough about this bike. I love it!!!!!

Jan 31,2025I ordered my Labrador right before Christmas not expecting a quick delivery but it came in faster than estimated. I was able to assemble quickly as well with the provided tools in the box, mase it so easy. I brought the bike to the deer camp the next weekend and put it through the paces riding the trails and hills with no issues at all. The following weekend I rode deeper into the woods and ran up on some debris that came in contact with the derailer. After this, the chain came off the gears and bound up not letting me use the pedal assist. I was able to unbind the chain and just ride it back to camp using the thumb throttle with no issues. I contacted customer service and they sent me a video on how to adjust the derailer. I have since been in contact and recommended a guard for the derailer, they took my recommendation under advisement. Overall I am very happy with how the fat tires perform on the uneven terrain and the bike itself is easy to operate. I have recommended to others and they have purchased one for themselves as well. We jokingly said we are starting a biker gang at the camp. (Two Thumbs Up)

Jan 24,2025I was apprehensive about making an electric bike purchase, especially on-line, but now I couldn’t be happier! My Puckipupoy Labrador has been changed the world for me and my dog who loves running along side as we explore the countryside. It was shipped carefully wrapped and was easy to assemble and learn to operate. I was astounded at the top speed I, as an older rider, was able to achieve and how comfortable the bike was ride. Best of all the power assist made climbing up hills, which were impossible for me on a standard bike, a snap. Customer service followed up with me to check after my purchase and resolved quickly the one issue I had, which was my own fault. Needless to say, I love my bike and love the comments I get from others about how sharp it looks. Daisy and I are big fans.

Feb 19,2025It is my first time purchasing an E-bike, and I am so happy I went with the decision to buy from PuckiPuppy! The bike I had wanted did not say that it came with a rear rack or not, so I ordered it as an added on accessory. And come to my surprise when the bike arrived - it already had a rear rack installed on it! So I contacted PuckiPuppy and they immediately offered a full refund for my rear rack and said I could even keep the extra one as a spare! What great customer service! It was a nice surprise, and they were so easy to communicate with as well - which is always reassuring!
