Nov 19,2024This bike is AWESOME!!! You will feel like you are flying up hills and cruise through your rides with ease. The battery lasts for miles so your adventures can go on and on. It’s very sturdy and the display keeps you in the loop about your speed, battery life and distance. It’s very powerful!! I got a yellow one and it’s gorgeous!! I am in love with this bike :)

Nov 18,2024I had ordered another e-bike on amazon and and it was never shipped. After doing some research I found Puckipuppy on line and ordered the Samoyed. I was happy to find that it came with free acessories and no shipping charge. The e-bike was delivered right away and was very easy to finish putting togther.I recieved the accessories shortly after and I could not belive the how much I recieved for the low price. Every were I go people coment on how nice it looks and when I tell them how much it cost they are amazed.In two weeks I have put on over 250 miles and love getting around town in comfort.

Nov 18,2024The puckipuppy is a great bike to ride on the road and medium terrain. With great battery life expectancy and plenty of power as it's super easy to just get up and go with the pedal assist and thumb throttle. Also is user friendly it's a bike you can get on and just ride. I would give this bike an A+ absolutely.

Nov 18,2024These bikes are AMAZING! Best thing my husband and I have bought for entertainment. Our favorite days are taking these out and spending fun, quality time together. They are really fast when you want them to be. I was surprised how easy they are to ride, I’m 42 and have not rode a bike in a long time. I’m comfortable on it. We love them so much, we just bought one for our 17 year old daughter and our other daughter and son in law just made the purchase of theirs today!!! Thank you PuckiPuppy for providing such quality bikes!!!!

Nov 18,2024Purchased two of the Samoyed step through ebikes. We are new to the ebike world and did quite a bit of research prior to purchase. These bikes have far exceeded our expectations, from their great looks to user intuitive functionality. We have a network of fire roads where we live that have vast, varying types of terrain. These bikes have handled the terrain with ease, from the hill climbs to the sand. Highly recommend Puckipuppy, Great purchase!

Nov 14,2024I started looking for an electric tricycle several weeks ago. I test drove a few, Puckipuppy was not one that I tested. But it is the one I decided to purchase. Two actually, one for me and one for my wife. Price wise, it is middle of the road, there are a couple that are less and several that are higher. What drove me to the Puckipuppy Husky was the features. I like the color control display, the front shocks, the shock absorbing seat and 4" tires because I plan to ride off asphalt most of the time. The purchase included several free "extras" which was nice. What has really sold me after the purchase is the customer service and support. Anything technical is bound to have a few hiccups, and my new Trikes were no exception. I emailed the support email with quick responses, first from Zero (person) then Cat (person). Cat maintained the correspondence, effectively and efficiently. Cat sent replacement parts without hesitation. I highly recommend Puckipuppy and if you have any issues, don't hesitate to reach out to the support team.

Nov 13,2024Beagle looks very nice and is easy to ride. But the 15aH Akku last only for 20 miles so was it necessary to mount a second 20aH Akku with a Batterie balancer kit. This was easy to do. Now it’s good for 50 miles to ride.

Nov 13,2024There are some very good online technical reviews of Puckipuppy electric bikes. I didn’t want to pay 5-6k for a hunting bike I would only use in the fall. The bike came with too many accessories that I won’t use for obvious reasons. I love the speed and power, large seat and suspension. The instructions are too vague but I have knowledge of bikes. Remember to use thread tight or some screws will loosen rapidly as you ride across rough terrain. I purchased the rear basket but it didn’t come with the rear mounting brackets which were shown in the picture. Wasted money on a basket which I can’t use. The front light is fixed to the bike frame so when you turn the handle bars the lamp still shines forward. You will need a headlamp if you intend to ride to your deer stand in the dark or ride anywhere in the dark. It’s all about the pros and cons. I love the bike. It’s an economical purchase.

Nov 10,2024Bike came quickly and well packaged. I have the Labrador and have used it for hunting, I have been very satisfied with the bike and have enjoyed it, I do wish that the charger had more amps, as it takes a while for it to recharge. Otherwize the bike has been a winner.

Nov 08,2024Bought 2 of these for my Wife and I. We are in our 60s. Delivery was on schedule. They were packaged very well and arrived with packaging in good condition. Assembly was straight forward. These bikes are of good quality and built sturdy. I have mostly been using mine to ride of road My wife is still getting a feel for hers as she feels it's a bit big for her. All said, I would say we are very happy with our purchase.

Shipping was quicker than we expected and everything arrived packaged well and without any damage. Assembly was easy with the provided instructions. Once we got all the accessories on, it was time for the maiden voyage! Our son was very impressed with how quick the bike responded to use of throttle and the pedal assist makes biking pure enjoyment. Everywhere we go, people stop and ask us about the bike. They are shocked when they find out that it is electric as it doesn't have the common ebike look. It is stylish and the different options of colors make it a great way to personalize to your likes. We have been very pleased with the range of the battery. After sales service has been very interested in how we are doing with the bike and ensure we are happy and don't have any issues or complaints. We would highly recommend their bikes for those starting out with ebikes. Great price and product for entry level. Looking forward to many miles of exploring on this bike!

Nov 19,2024Puckipuppy Samoyed ebike is amazing. This is our first ebike purchase and we did research lots of different types on-line and at bike shops. The bike came with 2 batteries which is a big plus. Very easy assembly, it probably took me an hour to debox and remove all the nylon tywraps, but instructions were easy to follow. I was happy that no adjustment to the derailer was necessary. Simply mounted tires, tightened up all the bolts and did quick check with the shifter and everything worked great. I bought this bike for my wife, and now I will be buying one for myself. The only item I wish is have different gearing for the Power Assist Settings (PAS) 4 and 5. This bike goes 28+mph and you literally will have a tough time pedaling fast enough when you are in PAS 5. Highly recommend this bike. Built like a tank.
