Sep 07,2024My Labrador is amazing easily accelerates to my desired speed. I can ride from Brooklyn to Long Island on level three at 23 to 25 mph full charge from start to finish then I would recharge I have biked from Brooklyn to Rockaway in 38 minutes. The Bike is a dream and I highly recommendedit. it is awesome. I used to go shopping and I’m able to carry back several heavy bags on it without a problem

Very small issue with the trike was handled professionally and politely by customer service who is top notch. I can’t say enough about how well we were treated! What a pleasure to deal with.

Sep 06,2024My Puckipuppy electric bike is a flamingo and it’s an excellent bike. It looks fabulous and it’s a smooth ride. I have over 500 miles on it and it has no issues love the bike! It handles great! Worth every cent!! Thanks, Puckipuppy! Great customer service!

Shortly after receiving my e-bike, I wanted to order more accessories and the team at Puckipuppy have been great to help get me the things I need. Customer service was a pleasant surprise. They answered when I called, collected my information and immediately got to work on the things I was interested in.
