Nov 01,2024After lots of debate we purchased a puckipuppy e-bike and we couldn’t be happier with it. It came in mail quickly and was very straightforward to assemble. Their customer service team also took the time and patience to reach out by phone to see if we enjoyed the bike and honestly that’s a big plus. I was impressed that even though I didn’t answer their phone calls they still reach out and left messages. The gentleman that I spoke with was very helpful, so kudos to him!

Oct 31,2024We love our e—bike. We have only had it for a couple of weeks. It appears to be built really well and it is a beast. Very smooth ride. I feel you get a great product for the price. The shipping is expensive but there are extra items included such as the bike cover, mirrors, water bottle and cell phone holder. We ride on trails and streets. Looking forward to spring. We have no experience with customer service needs.

Oct 31,2024We were happy how quickly it arrived. Putting it together was easy following their guidebook. All the tools were supplied. I had it assembled in 1.5 hours. The power of the bike is pretty amazing! I haven’t ridden an electric bike before so I was very impressed with how quickly the peddle assist, assisted. The power or throttle mode was smooth and just as quick with the flick of your thumb. The bike seems solidly built, should last with even “off road”use.

Oct 31,2024We have been looking at electric bikes for a few years. I chose a Puckipuppy Samoyed. Although it is a little taller than I anticipated, it is amazing! It was simple to put together and the controls were very easy to understand. I like that I can ride farther (yes I still pedal) and the throttle helps me start at lights without struggling. My husband purchased another brand, but uses mine every chance he gets! I would highly recommend Puckipuppy to anyone thinking of a new bike.

Oct 30,2024We Purchased 3 Puckipuppy Labrador bikes. We are so very happy with them. Customer Service has been great, checking to make sure of safe delivery, and answering accessory questions for us. My husband assembled the bikes and he said the instructions were easy to follow and assembly went very well. Adjusting to riding the e-bikes went well and we have enjoyed on and off road rides. We are amazed at the power the bikes have and how well they handled off roading. As a retired couple we are looking forward to using the bikes on camping trips. We will definitely be recommending Puckipuppy to others!

Nov 07,2024My whole experience was amazing. Shipping was much faster than expected item arrived no damages to box or bicycle in box. The delivery company also helped me carry the box up the hill. It was very simple to assemble the bicycle. I absolutely love riding this bike. It is quiet, faster than expected, and the batter life lasts a very long time. I wish I would have gotten this bike sooner.
