Dec 21,2024Customer Service was excellent. There was a glitch in getting one of the bikes because Amazon website had 18 available in a certain color, and we ordered one, only to be told that they were out of stock. We talked to customer service, and they explained the issue. Finally we got the bike we wanted and talked to Customer service again, because they followed up with us, making sure we were satistified. They offered a free accessory for our troubles and I gladly requested a basket for the bike. The product itself is excellent: a well built "Corgi" ready to ride after a pretty straight forward assembly. I recommend this bike, especially for women who may not be bike riders yet, this is a good one for starters.

Dec 17,2024Bought a Labrador bike from PuckiPuppy, it fell over while I was stopped and broke the saddle and the saddle mounts Pucky puppies. Customer service was amazing and offered to send a new saddle even though this was a wear and tear item shout out to customer service hundred percent satisfied with this company and their product.

Such a beautiful ride of a bike, chargers work great, can't wait to ride them on the beach! Would highly recommend to anyone and the bonus free accessories for black Friday and buying two bikes and getting the 500 hitch for hauling the bikes for free! Love my or we love our new puckupuppy’s 🎁😍🥰

Dec 12,2024I recently bought my second PuckiPuppy e-bike in the last 3 months. I messed up twice on ordering accessories and their customer service was great in assisting me in getting the order correct. I am very happy with the bikes and enjoy them both. Obviously I can’t ride both at the same time but when my son or girlfriend is going o don’t always get to ride the same bike. I would definitely order from PuckiPuppy again in the future.

Dec 10,2024Great price for a quality EBike. I purchased 2 bikes. The boxer ST for my self and the beagle for my son. We are avid hunters and these bikes are game changers for us. I wish I would have bought them when I first seen the puckipuppy brand on line.

Dec 09,2024Puckipuppy Labrador e-bikes are well built! The design is well thought out, giving the user comfort for the well padded seat, shock absorption in rough terrain is minimal, allowing relief in the lower back. The battery holds a long charge lasting several days. I’ve traveled almost 50 miles on one full charge. The power up hill is effortless for the user. The wires/cables are placed well and out of harms way. This product is a great tool for hunting allowing the user to get further back into areas in less time than having to walk to allow more time in the stand while hunting. The camo pattern makes for great concealment keeping the bike near the user while hunting. I’ve actually had white tail deer walk past the bike without notice. I give this product a 5 ⭐️ rating based on great performance, comfort, and design. Customer service is very responsive with any issues and will work with the end users peace of mind. I highly recommend this product to anyone wanting another tool to add to their hunting strategy.

Dec 07,2024We purchased two labrador bikes off of the Pucky Puppy, Amazon website which stated two day delivery. Those units were actually shipped by the manufacturer in a two week timeframe, not two days. Other than a delay in shipping, they arrived in boxes that could have been airdropped out of a C130 aircraft! The packing and protection of these bicycles was phenomenal, ultimately exposing very high-quality electric bikes. The instruction manual was poorly written, however, common sense with their pictures would allow you to breeze through a short assembly. We have only owned the bikes for a week, but have put over 50 miles each on them, enjoying complete satisfaction. For the money, it is hard to believe this high of quality unit can be obtained for $1500, which is comparable to $3000 other manufactured units. We are extremely satisfied with customer service and overall quality of the products. If you are in the market for a well-made, off-road, and touring electric bicycle, Pucky Puppy will surpass your expectations to the most discriminating buyer. Sincerely, Mark and Sharon.

Dec 07,2024I bought the Labrador. The bike does very well on gravel mountain roads and was impressed with the ride, and construction quality of the bike. Shipping and delivery was good with no damage and the bike was packaged very well. Assembly was relatively simple and easy as the video showed, the instructions could be a littlie more detailed but you can still figure it out. I use this bike for hunting and have to to ride 6 miles on mountain roads with no vehicle access each time. I've used the bike for four trips now and no complaints about it. The bike does very well with handling the terrain and the battery lasts a long time. I was impressed enough to buy a second one.

Hell, they even sent all the tools necessary to put them together. Assembly was easy and straight forward. My wife and I ride them everyday and are having a blast. Performance is great, ride is great.Thank you for a great product. And a special thank you to Mancy in customer service. I have given Puckipuppy a big thumbs up to my friends and have sold one bike thus far.
