Oct 26,2024Customer service has been outstanding and very responsive to my questions. The Fat Tire E-bikes have overall exceeded my expectations and of excellent quality and workmanship. They are a pleasure to ride and extremely comfortable and well designed. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and have been stopped by many people wanting to know more about them and where to get them. Love the E-bikes and a joy to ride.

Oct 26,2024I am in complete awe of these bikes, the service & the accessories that arrived with the bikes for FREE! We bought two Boxer ST e-bikes. They arrived in like 2 days, with a free bike rack, gun rack, phone holders, mirrors, cup holder & one even had a rear rack & fenders all added with no additional cost. I do not now if it was because we purchased two, or if it was a mistake but THANK YOU PUCKIPUPPY! I have been investigating e-bikes daily for over 6 months, the price, data & reviews made these bikes a NO brainer decision. My whole family wants one now & we are encouraging it...these bikes are BEAUTIFULLY made, quality machines. 5 Stars!!!

Oct 25,2024I have had the bike almost a month now, and have ridden over 100 miles. This bike surpassed my expectations! My son borrowed it and went deer hunting, and now wants to purchase one, I took it camping and rode some pretty rough dirt back roads and the bike really preformed great. So many compliments and questions on where I got the bike!

Oct 25,2024I got this Boxer dark grey bike for my 14-year-old son as an alternative to a dirtbike or street legal bike until he’s of age. He really loves it and can get it up to speed of 35 mph going downhill and peddling at the same time. I think he’s even gone close to 40 at at one point which is crazy fun!! This has been a very dependable Bike for us and we get lots of compliments. It’s pretty good at offroading as well and going up and down curbs because of the fat tires!! I was able to go all the way from Stillwater to East Saint Paul and back which was a 14 mile ride at least so round-trip almost 30 miles. The Customer Service is also really great… They are very responsive and helpful and will go above and beyond to make sure you’re taking care of. Overall, I’m very satisfied with my purchase and we look forward to using this bike for a long time!! One suggestion I could recommend for future models is that they produce a more hidden slot or spot to put an AirTag at. It would just be nice to know that it’s more hidden in case anything were to happen. For now, we just hit it under the seat and that seems to work. 5/5 stars! Thanks!

Oct 24,2024So I received the Labrador E bike about a week ago - I had no idea what to expect knowing the bike was being shipped from California to NJ- I did know who the shipping carrier was...FedEx....so I knew that the shipper was high quality.....but I was still a little concerned. So.....this past weekend I took the time to open the box and put the bike together and get her on the road/trails. First off- the bike was packaged incredibly well- like I think you could drop it off your roof and the bike would remain undamaged- Really- take your time opening the box and freeing the bike from its packing- Just about every tool you need for assembly is included in the accessory package! While you are working on putting the bike together you will realize it is made like a tank (but not nearly as heavy).....it seems indestructible....it feels and looks like a high quality piece of merchandise. ....we all know how delicate road bikes can be- this Puckipuppy Labrador Ebike not delicate-it is solid-so solid. So...nothing was damaged during shipping - nothing was out of line - therefore every part fit like a glove during assembly - the wheels were true- the disk hydraulic brakes meshed perfectly- the Shimano Components were unfettered - adding the included accessories was a breeze - the instruction booklet was ok- I have watched videos to familiarize myself with the bike several times (which have come directly from the customer service team). After assembling, it was time to hop on and ride. For my first experience riding, the feedback I offer is the bike is ultra quiet, fast- handles paved, grassed, and off road riding conditions quite nicely- The Labrador absorbs bumps stones, tree limbs etc. solidly - so smooth that you didn't realize that you were actually going over an obstacle. The tank like quality of construction shifts to smooth as a gravy sandwich when riding. The off road steeps will take a little more practice on my part to master- but so far I really love riding the bike- The seat is ultra comfortable. The electronic controls work flawlessly. I can't wait to get back on the bike. There is so much this bike has to offer- I could not be more pleased- (and I am a very tough critic- I tell it like it is.) Customer service- Every email I have sent - every communication- every phone call- has been answered quickly, and with the utmost attention- great job to everyone there- Cat- Zero- etc. I am absolutely thrilled with the bike and the Puckipuppy Company- I have no doubt that you will be too.

Oct 20,2024The customer service is a joke to deal with. I ordered one of the camouflage Labrador’s from them online. It was supposed to ship in 2 days. That’s what their website shows as advertised. I believe it’s still one of their promos that are still going on. You can check it out yourself. I never got my shipping date for it. So, I reached out to them about it. A this point the customer service rep Zero. This is the reps name, tells me it was a preorder bike. Mind you no where the page does it say this. Even if you click on the bike to order it. So, the bike won’t ship for a month. A month came and went and still no shipping date. I had to write to them again to get a ship date. I finally get a ship date 2 days later with the shipping info. I get the bike over a week later. I live on the east coast and they are on the west coast. I start to unwrap the bike and notice the whole right rear arm is all scratched up. I sent customer service pictures of the bike and box that it came in. The box was undamaged, so they were going to try to pin it on the shipper for the bike being damaged. I told them that they had sent it that way, because the styrofoam on the bike that it was wrapped in was not damaged that they sent it that way. The rep that I’ve been dealing with wanted to offer me electric pump for the inconvenience. He’s done this a couple times and each time I’ve turned it down. It’s not what I wanted and they haven’t offered anything else either. It’s too bad that this has happened, because the bikes seem to be decent. But, there service is terrible. If they can’t do any better than this for their customers, they probably should close their doors. This is unacceptable at any level.

Oct 18,2024We recently purchased the Boxer and Boxer ST e-bikes from Puckipuppy, and we couldn’t be happier! Both bikes have performed exceptionally well on a variety of terrains, handling each one like a dream. My wife, who is 5’3”, finds the Boxer ST perfect for her – it’s comfortable and easy to ride. Assembly was a breeze, and we were out enjoying them in no time. Overall, these bikes have exceeded our expectations, offering power, comfort, and versatility. Highly recommend!

Oct 17,2024PUCKIPUPPY IS AMAZING Today I received the Labrador full suspension e-bike from PUCKIPUPPY. This bike is absolutely incredible. The bike came almost fully assembled and very well packaged. (no damage at all) Very clear instructions for the minimal assembly needed. The extras along with the quality make this bike a real bargain. I have been reading (and watching) online reviews of PUCKIPUPPY and many other e-bike brands for over a year now and finally decided on THE LABRADOR PUCKIPUPPY and am glad I did. I have been riding a full suspension mountain bike for almost 30 years and lately have not been able to do the offroad trails as much. NOT ANY MORE! I’m sure that this new PUCKIPUPPY full suspension e-bike will be a game changer for me. If you’re considering an e-bike don’t hesitate for one second to buy a PUCKIPUPPY bike.

Oct 04,2024I went camping a few weekends ago where a friend brought two of the Labrador model Puckipuppy bikes. I’ve always been curious about e bikes but there are so many different brands and prices out there. He described these bikes as “The best quality cheap bikes out there.” I liked that answer. He let myself and everyone else try out the bikes and it was extremely impressive. I was shocked at how fun it was. Getting a little exercise but without the thought in your head that you have to pedal all the way back after you’re done. I had to get me one. I bought two, one for myself, one for the wife. We’ve already had a ton of fun on it, and if you buy from the website you get a bunch of free accessories. The bike feels solid, all the parts are strong and really do feel like good quality. Watching YouTube videos on these bikes don’t do them justice at all. Riding it in person is really the only way. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Oct 01,2024These are pur 1st ebikes. My husband bought a Boxer ST for me and a Labrador for himself. We love them. They went together very easily in about 30min. We charged overnight as instructed in the paperwork and have ridden them over 80 miles in the 3 times we have been out and the battery is still at half full. They are easy to handle, the gearing was easy to figure out along with the assist feature. The one negative for me is that I'm 5'2" and the Boxer ST is a little high for me but manageable. I wanted all the features the Boxer ST has, so it was an acceptable sacrifice for me. Customer service at Puckipuppy has been incredible. My accessories did not come in my bike box but my husbands did so we called. They researched and found that mine were in a separate box and were due to be delivered that day. And they were. I highly recommend Puckipuppy ebikes for anyone looking for a reliable affordable electric bike.

Sep 30,2024They make Good bikes the frame Is absolutely strong. The motor is from a reputable company and electronics on board I think it’s a undervalued company Only thing I found was their batteries needed a little bit more work. I am expert when it comes to e-bikes Also, they do not wanna work with you if you do not purchase from them directly Or have an order number. This needs to stop because Someone like me that bought the bike aftermarket On Facebook, they were not willing to work with me on fixing an issue. So I had to Take the battery apart, which I found a faulty wire. I also found wires that were shrunk together, With Shrink wrap The battery was poor construction, and it is a hazard and they’re charging Over $300 for a new one.

Sep 21,2024My husband and I ordered two Samoyed bikes. They arrived early and we have never received any item so well packed. These are our first electric bikes and we are thrilled so far. We also ordered some accessories and they came promptly too. Our only glitch was we ordered kickstands for the bikes because we could not discern if they came with them. They do. Customer service was very prompt and helpful in resolving the matter in a positive fashion.

Sep 15,2024PuckiPuppy Did’t last 15 miles. I received the Ebike on 09.06.2024, and assembled it that day per the instructions. Today 09.14.2024 i took it for a ride and within 15 miles the motor started making a sound like crushed gravel in a bag. I own 3 other ebikes with no issues at all. Adventon is a much better bike. I’ve emailed and called but only could leave a message or received auto responses. At this point i could not recommend a Labrador, Boxer, or Beagle model, here is a video. In person it’s much louder. I have a YouTube video of it, you’ll have to search it as trust pilot does not allow links.
