Really very little service for your money. I have had little contact over the year. I have no idea who my account manager is as no one replies to emails or calls. I have little confidence in them and feel service has plummeted. We sold many years ago with them and the service was great. I have no idea why it’s got so poor. My last contact was a stroppy email from my sales negotiator following an offer saying my buyer had complained about her so she was not dealing with my sale. I’m very concerned this poor service will impact my sale. I can’t recommend them at all.

Our purple bricks agent Sarah was brilliant she went above and beyond in a very difficult situation Although the amount of viewings was challenging for both of us we soldered on Sarah was patient and understanding throughout the process even though we had to take the house off the market
Nothing to complain about, but nothing to be particularly excited about or interested in. Very little real local knowledge, and no clear rationale for the valuation, other than being influenced by what I said. The follow up email appeared to be referring to a conversation with someone else. Something of a poor experience, compared to the standards set by other agents

In general the experience has been positive. I find the online messaging platform useful, and the ability to book viewing times and date directly with the seller was easy. The only thing I was not keen on, was the lack of actual conversation with someone. Particularly when you put an offer in. Whilst online it shows you that there will be a call for anti money laundering, I missed it, and was confused by the call, as they ask for personal ID and data.
All our questions were answered. A very professional discussion 👏. Previously sold our last home with Purple Bricks, felt we were not being pressured into signing up there and then. Absolutely shockingly bad. They where very eager to take our money when we instructed them and got in touch constantly but after a week and a half of being messed around and having bad service from the company they use for the compliance checks, we decided to get out money back as we where within the cooling of period and had lost confidence in the whole process. It is now 4 weeks later and even after emailing, phoning, and texting the agent who was supposed to be dealing with our property still no refund. Also most of the time no replies to the emails or texts.
Enticed you for valuing the property at a price currently suitable on the area . But a year gone by and no viewings and they blame the pricing and they constantly asked you to lower your price … in the end my flat did not sold and I paid £1,800 for nothing … They are too good to be true , so avoid at all cost . Stick to your local estate agents where they have a physical office that you can walk -in and speak to real humans .
Your agent couldn't be bother to come out and told me he could get all the information he needed from the Internet. My house is unlike anything else on the market locally and needs a personal opinion of an expert.
