Aug 13,2024I intended to purchase a car from them, but despite multiple enquiries, they have not responded. They neither return calls nor reply to email queries. I briefly viewed a car I was interested in, which was dirty, and was promised it would be cleaned and that they would call me the next day for a detailed inspection. However, I received no call. I contacted them twice that day, and each time I was assured I would receive a callback, but no one contacted me. It seems their priority was to secure a deposit on the car before taking any action. Based on my experience with another car sales company, I chose not to leave a deposit. Their sales process appeared efficient, but their customer service was disappointing. Additionally, the extra charge for administration fees was off-putting. Therefore, I've decided not to use their services.

Aug 09,2024I booked appointment with this car seller I went there they welcome me but after that waited for so long I checked the car it was not ready. No clean I waited one week I went again the car was not ready as promised the guys were so rude I hope the owner train them I’m sure the owner will not treat the customer like this. I was so disappointed that they were so rude and unprofessional unprepared for customer the second time we waited for 3-4 hours. I didn’t buy the car I have not worked in car industry I will serve the customers much better than they did. Best regards

Aug 08,2024The red flag was there. Any firm with the word Qulaity in their company name is usually one to avoid, but they had a car that we wanted to view. We turned up to view and I found it strange that the car was taken inside, to a dimly lit garage to view (it was spitting rain). Of course I noticed the worst repair to a front wing I've seen. Car dismissed straight away. Then they couldn't be more unhelpful if they tried. Asked about other cars and was told vaguely where they were. Did test drive a different car but again a lot wrong with it. Prep work going on with other cars. If using touch up on a car it should never be done in the rain. These guys really don't care. Don't believe me? Plently of other similar reviews, just go and read them

Aug 05,2024Arrived yesterday to pick up my car. Absolute joke. The car was not ready. Asked to view the car. Salesman advised it is a lovely car with two keys! Then the shock set it. Five men trying to clean the car. Deep scratches to the front bumper - salesman informed me it will clean up. Interior disgusting - awful marks and deep scratches in head rests. Obviously walked away from the deal. A complete cowboy setup and obviously cars brought from auction and full of faults. Salesman’s a complete liar and living in fantasy land - we will clean it up, deliver it and oh several times it’s a lovely car. On your bike you fraudsters! Oh and when challenged about the images online his reply was - pictures do lie - yes obviously! STAY CLEAR

Aug 04,2024Booked a viewing of a car ahead of arriving. Turned up to what can only be described as a back alley-looking compound. We came to a run down looking waiting area and was told our car was being washed and led us to a side office. We were left in this office alone for 15 minutes. The office looked very tired with threadbare chairs which didn't instill much confidence. Once we were led to the car we wished to view the first thing we noticed was the car was neither wet from its "wash" nor clean looking. As we looked it over the "salesman" was stood away tapping on his phone with his earphones in. We noticed tears to the interior and the wing mirror was broken being held on by masking tape! This was not mentioned in the sales advert and we were told it was "on order". By this point alarm bells were ringing so we quietly decided not to test drive or proceed any further with the sale. We couldn't leave quick enough! The whole place screams cowboys and we wouldn't feel confident in anything purchased from here. Be very wary before making the trip to this garage if, like us, you saw the advert and was expecting a great vehicle for a good price from a professional garage. Absolutely nothing professional about this place at all. Beware!

REVIEWD ON THE 14/07/2024..... UPDATED REVIEW.... Unfortunately after the sale of my car I have been unable to have any help with issues regarding my vehicle after thorough checking the vehicle myself. I have 6 months warrenty so I'm satisfied that my issues will be resolved (hopefully) but it's looking bleak right now as I can't get anyone to call back or give me updates. It's not just the sale of the car that matters, it's the aftercare too! 28/07/2024 Still customer service is 5* but needs more attention on aftersales.
