Sep 06,2024On arrival we were attended by a gentleman called Chris who as veryy nice and polite..showed us the car and it was amazing good more than what we had seen online. Was 100% impressed ..we were allowed to have a look. The service was soo good and comfortable we even made jokes and laughed . Good energy around here honestly.. Meet Emmy for paper work and she guided us all throughout the paper work that we our selves did not have a clue about. Thank you so much for the good service.. #ShoutOutToEmmyandChris...we really enjoyed.

He gave me good advice concerning models is cars etc and knew his stuff. Completing the purchase was easy also with Amy in the office helping me with the paperwork. Aug 28,2024We Purchased a Mokka from this company. 53 days later the car breaks down on the M3. As the time was short since the purchase, we had the option of contacting them directly or going through the extended warranty which we purchased. We contacted them and QPX recommended that we use the Warranty company. We got the car towed to the garage and paid £50 for diagnostics; the issue with the car could not be solved by the garage and here our journey with the incompetence and zero rated customer service began. It took QPX one week to get the car back to their garage and another six weeks to say that the car was fixed. In this time they offered no courtesy vehicle, would take many days to respond to an email. Initially they did not answer phone calls until we threatened to go to the police. We decided to cut our losses and get a refund. They did not offer us the full amount AND said that as we had used the warranty WHICH THEY TOLD US TO DO we could not get a refund for the warranty. Anyway the journey continues as I have to travel 60 miles to Stevenage to get the refund as they will not process it until they have the second key and V5C. They suggested that we post it to them... really!!! after their shocking customer service.... not likely. One more journey and one more interaction (they get their things and my refund is processed at the same time) then we can happily forget Less Than Quality Part X Limited.

Aug 22,2024We went along to Quality Parts uk in Stevenage, we didn’t actually make an appointment but the help there was brilliant. I had a car in mind as seen in their website, we met Sales man Ali and he was ever so helpful. Didn’t harass us let’s us find the car and just let him know and it was bought round to us. We had no pressure from him at all. There were a few scruffs on the vehicle and Ali assured me that it will all be immaculate when I come to pick the vehicle up. I also did a part exchange for an old vehicle very simple again straight to the point. Brilliant 🤩 Rameez was a true gem when it came to purchasing the vehicle, such a pain free experience. Rameez explained everything in a simple understandable manner, no rushing no trying to sell us products. Explained how the finance worked out, getting the road tax sorted I would refer this company to family and friends. A job well done to Ali and Rameez.
