Nov 03,2024Only picked the car up today so it’s too soon to tell in terms of aftercare and if any issues arise, but I was happy with the customer service. Salesman wasn’t pushy at all with any of the extras they offer, car was exactly as described and shown in pics, very clean with no sighted damage. Fresh MOT was not done as agreed, however salesman kindly offered solutions for this such as bringing it back for a MOT or knocking the cost off for this - despite current MOT still having 7 months on. So far I am very happy with my car and it was a very reasonable price. I felt the £299 admin fee is quite steep but I can’t really complain when the car price is so reasonable. Paperwork was done quickly too. Just a heads up for future buyers - check with your bank before you go that you don’t have a payment limit as I had to call up at the garage to get this lifted to make payment.
